REVOCARLE EL MANDATO A TREJO PURECO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Carlos Garc\u00eda\/Guanajuato, Gto.- <\/em><\/strong>El Congreso del Estado de Guanajuato podr\u00eda revocar el mandato del alcalde de San Miguel de Allende, Mauricio Trejo Pureco, &nbsp;por violaciones graves y reiteradas a la ley, como han denunciado empresarios, prestadores de servicios tur\u00edsticos y comerciantes, coincidieron diputados del PAN, PVEM y de Morena, al momento de condenar que vendedoras de frituras sean discriminadas por \u201cfeas\u201d y \u201cprietas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los empresarios, prestadores de servicio y comerciantes pueden solicitar la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato del presidente municipal, si incurre en actos contemplados en el art\u00edculo 92 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica Municipal, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el coordinador de los diputados ecologistas, Gerardo Fern\u00e1ndez Gonz\u00e1lez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cExisten lineamientos y estructura legal que permiten, que el presidente en turno siga las normas y que no se aun presidente a trav\u00e9s de ideas, supuestos o su imaginaci\u00f3n y este gobernando sin estar apegado a derecho\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El art\u00edculo 92 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica Municipal establece que son causales de renovaci\u00f3n de mandato las \u201clas violaciones graves y reiteradas\u201d a la Constituci\u00f3n y a las leyes, vulnerar \u201cgravemente las instituciones democr\u00e1ticas\u201d, violar gravemente la Ley de Ingresos y el presupuesto, as\u00ed como dejar de asistir sin justificaci\u00f3n a tres sesiones de Ayuntamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El diputado del PAN, Rolando Alc\u00e1ntar Rojas, coment\u00f3 que para defenderse los ciudadanos pueden interponer los recursos legales contemplados en la ley y uno de ellos es la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa revocaci\u00f3n de mandato est\u00e1 perfectamente prevista es un procedimiento muy concreto y muy objetivo, obviamente tiene que sustanciarse de manera clara y contundente alguno de los supuestos que marca la ley\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El coordinador de los diputados de Morena, Ernesto Mill\u00e1n Soberanes, lament\u00f3 que el presidente de San Miguel de Allende incurra en actos de discriminaci\u00f3n contra vendedoras de frituras y les impida trabajar en el centro, a pesar de tener permisos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tema ser\u00e1 revisado a fondo y \u201cver de qu\u00e9 manera podemos intervenir\u201d porque \u201ctodo mundo tenemos derecho a trabajar, refiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCon este alcalde regresamos 50 a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s en calidad de gobierno en M\u00e9xico\u201d, consider\u00f3 el abogado del restaurante La Terraza, Juan Ponciano Hern\u00e1ndez Ruiz, negocio que ha sido clausurado cuatro veces por \u201ccapricho\u201d del presidente municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los representantes del transporte tur\u00edstico -Tranv\u00edas-, Mart\u00edn Carrera y Gerardo Ram\u00edrez, tambi\u00e9n denunciaron que Trejo Pureco les impide trabajar y no respeta las resoluciones del Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa (TJA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las comerciantes de frituras Sandra Granados Guzm\u00e1n, Gregoria Almanza, Norma Gonz\u00e1lez y Josu\u00e9 Fernando Cruz Almanza, acusaron al mun\u00edcipe de no dejarlas laborar porque \u201ca \u00e9l le parecemos feas, le parecemos prietas, no le gusta como nos vemos en el jard\u00edn, no le gusta lo que
