{"id":95936,"date":"2022-05-02T15:27:48","date_gmt":"2022-05-02T21:27:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=95936"},"modified":"2022-05-02T21:21:45","modified_gmt":"2022-05-03T03:21:45","slug":"investigan-prdheg-y-cndh-asesinato-de-estudiante","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2022\/05\/02\/investigan-prdheg-y-cndh-asesinato-de-estudiante\/","title":{"rendered":"INVESTIGAN PRDHEG Y CNDH  ASESINATO DE ESTUDIANTE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Alicia Arias\/Le\u00f3n, Gto<\/strong>.- En seguimiento a las acciones que realiza sobre el asesinado del estudiante de la Universidad de Guanajuato (UG), \u00c1ngel Yael Ignacio Rangel, la Procuradur\u00eda de los Derechos Humanos del Estado de Guanajuato (Prodheg) remiti\u00f3 este lunes un oficio a su hom\u00f3loga nacional para que investigue los hechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derivado del expediente 439\/22-B que la Prodheg abri\u00f3 de manera oficiosa el pasado 27 de abril, cuando un elemento de la Guardia Nacional (GN) asesin\u00f3 a tiros al joven estudiante e hiri\u00f3 a otra m\u00e1s, este d\u00eda la dependencia estatal envi\u00f3 a la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de los Derechos Humanos (CNDH) un oficio \u201ca efecto de que se agregue la informaci\u00f3n y documentos recabados incluyendo copias de las diligencias ante el ministerio p\u00fablico de la unidad especializada en la investigaci\u00f3n de homicidios de la Fiscal\u00eda Regional \u201cB\u201d de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado\u201d, informo la Prodheg esta tarde.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentro del expediente y anexos que se enviaron, se encuentra la ratificaci\u00f3n de familiares de los estudiantes y la declaraci\u00f3n de dos personas que se encontraban en el momento de los hechos, quedando pendiente la declaraci\u00f3n de un testigo m\u00e1s, misma que en su momento se remitir\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n a la CNDH.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"636\" height=\"835\" src=\"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Carta-de-Prodheg-a-CNDH.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-95938\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Carta-de-Prodheg-a-CNDH.jpg 636w, https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Carta-de-Prodheg-a-CNDH-229x300.jpg 229w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 636px) 100vw, 636px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta el momento, hay un elemento de la GN que se encuentra vinculado a proceso penal por el homicidio calificado \u00c1ngel Yael Ignacio Rangel y se encuentra detenido en el penal de Puentecillas, Guanajuato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la investigaciones que realizan las autoridades, fueron dos los elementos de la Guardia Nacional que dispararon contra la camioneta donde se encontraban cuatro estudiantes de la UG; matando a \u00c1ngel y lesionando gravemente a Alejandra Carrillo Franco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El primer oficial no fue vinculado a proceso y era acusado de tentativa de homicidio porque dispar\u00f3 contra los universitarios.
