Tenemos que ser muy cuidadosos y cuando pasan este tipo de cosas, lo primero es detectarlo, asumirlo y corregir en lo subsecuente\u201d dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ni\u00f1a de 12 a\u00f1os de edad fue detenida el 16 de octubre en la colonia Cumbres de la Gloria, junto a una vecina, acusada de traer un cuchillo, por lo que pas\u00f3 12 horas retenida en una celda para adultos en la delegaci\u00f3n Poniente de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica de Le\u00f3n, sin que en todo el proceso se notificara a sus familiares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La alcaldesa asegur\u00f3 que aprovechar\u00e1n el convenio firmado con la Procuradur\u00eda estatal de los Derechos Humanos, as\u00ed como la incorporaci\u00f3n de algunas instituciones universitarias a la Academia Metropolitana de Seguridad P\u00fablica, para capacitar tanto a los cadetes como a los elementos ya egresados en derechos humanos y tambi\u00e9n en temas de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cVamos a estar apretando tanto a los que reci\u00e9n van a egresar, pero una de las cosas que va a cambiar es, aquellos que ya salieron de la Academia, va a haber educaci\u00f3n continua, y vamos a estar con varios temas en g\u00e9nero y derechos humanos. Acabamos de firmar un convenio con el procurador de Derechos Humanos, el propio comisionado viene de ah\u00ed.
