{"id":74931,"date":"2020-09-29T16:21:33","date_gmt":"2020-09-29T22:21:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=74931"},"modified":"2020-09-30T09:42:25","modified_gmt":"2020-09-30T15:42:25","slug":"asumir-responsabilidad-por-inseguridad-pide-pri-al-estado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2020\/09\/29\/asumir-responsabilidad-por-inseguridad-pide-pri-al-estado\/","title":{"rendered":"ASUMIR RESPONSABILIDAD POR INSEGURIDAD, PIDE PRI AL ESTADO"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-p5\"><strong><em>Kuali\/Guanajuato, Gto.-<\/em><\/strong>Frente a las masacres como la ocurrida el fin de semana, donde fueron asesinadas 11 personas en un centro nocturno del municipio de Jaral del Progreso, el gobierno del estado debe asumir su responsabilidad y no eludirla como ha sido su costumbre, exigi\u00f3 la dirigencia estatal del PRI.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-p5\">La dirigencia pri\u00edsta fij\u00f3 un posicionamiento por las declaraciones de la comisionada de seguridad de gobierno del estado, Sof\u00eda Huett, en el sentido de que si \u201cLa Caba\u00f1a del Toro\u201d funcionaba sin permiso debido a la pandemia y en un horario irregular, eso gener\u00f3 condiciones para que se suscitaran los hechos que costaron la vida a 11 personas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-p5\">Al respecto,\u00a0 el PRI se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el gobierno municipal no autoriz\u00f3 el funcionamiento del centro nocturno y si hubo omisiones en materia de supervisi\u00f3n, se trata de un asunto administrativo y no criminal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-p5\">Para el PRI evadir la responsabilidad en temas de inseguridad ya se hizo una costumbre por parte del estado, pues lo mismo ocurri\u00f3 con el reciente ataque a un centro de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de Irapuato, al que tambi\u00e9n acusaron de operar irregularmente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-p5\">A pesar de que dependencias estatales encargadas de prevenir delitos y procurar justicia exaltan el trabajo de inteligencia que despliegan para cumplir su funci\u00f3n, lo cierto es que no han podido prevenir actos de extrema violencia, lo que orilla a los ciudadanos a que cada quien asuma la responsabilidad de su autocuidado, porque es claro que el estado no puede proveer una seguridad eficaz, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el Comit\u00e9 Estatal.<span class=\"x_gmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-p5\">De esa manera, la sociedad queda a su suerte porque, adem\u00e1s, los gobiernos estatal y federal est\u00e1n concentrados en su posicionamiento electoral; uno victimiz\u00e1ndose y otro bajo la estrategia de s\u00f3lo resaltar las \u00e1reas de la administraci\u00f3n que le representan fortaleza y no dar m\u00e1s que s\u00f3lo buenas noticias, sostuvo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-p5\">Los dirigentes estatales del partido resaltaron que en Jaral del Progreso no hab\u00eda antecedentes de hechos como los ocurridos la madrugada del domingo, ni mensajes cruzados entre c\u00e1rteles, por lo que puede concluirse que la irrupci\u00f3n violenta del crimen organizado es asunto nuevo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-p4\">Finalmente, enfatizaron que el gobierno municipal asume su responsabilidad frente a lo sucedido al hacer un llamado para instalar mesas de trabajo que redunden en mayor coordinaci\u00f3n entre los tres niveles de gobierno en<span class=\"x_gmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>materia de seguridad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Kuali\/Guanajuato, Gto.-Frente a las masacres como la ocurrida el fin de semana, donde fueron asesinadas 11 personas en un centro nocturno del municipio de Jaral del Progreso, el gobierno del estado debe asumir su responsabilidad y no eludirla como ha sido su costumbre, exigi\u00f3 la dirigencia estatal del PRI.
