{"id":74673,"date":"2020-09-22T18:36:31","date_gmt":"2020-09-23T00:36:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=74673"},"modified":"2020-09-22T18:36:31","modified_gmt":"2020-09-23T00:36:31","slug":"arrestan-a-multihomicida-en-leon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2020\/09\/22\/arrestan-a-multihomicida-en-leon\/","title":{"rendered":"ARRESTAN A MULTIHOMICIDA EN LE\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>Kuali\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-<\/strong><\/em>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n a Eduardo \u201cN\u201d alias \u201cEl Cabe\u201d ante un Juez, obteniendo que sea vinculado a proceso penal, por la comisi\u00f3n del delito de homicidio cometido en agravio de cinco hombres quienes fueron privados de la vida con arma de fuego.<\/p>\n<p>La noche del 10 de abril del presente a\u00f1o, \u201cEl Cabe\u201d en compa\u00f1\u00eda de otros sujetos, arribaron en un veh\u00edculo de motor a un inmueble en calle Armadillo en la colonia Lomas de Echeveste, en ese sitio, Abraham, Jair, Jonathan, Mart\u00edn y V\u00edctor, se encontraban conviviendo, y en ese momento el hoy imputado y sus c\u00f3mplices, al tenerlos a la vista accionaron armas de fuego su contra privando de la vida en el lugar a 4 de ellos; V\u00edctor qued\u00f3 gravemente lesionado y fue trasladado a un hospital, donde perdi\u00f3 la vida el 12 de abril.<\/p>\n<p>Tras los hechos, la Unidad Especializada en Investigaci\u00f3n de Homicidios de la Fiscal\u00eda Regional A, integr\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n con datos de prueba recabados por el equipo pericial en la escena, estudios forenses, bal\u00edsticos e informaci\u00f3n obtenida en diligencias de investigaci\u00f3n en campo desarrolladas por la Agencia de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal, con lo cual se esclareci\u00f3 el mecanismo de hechos y se identific\u00f3 a \u201cEl Cabe\u201d como uno de los part\u00edcipes en el crimen, por quien se solicit\u00f3 orden de aprehensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Agentes de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal cumplimentaron el mandato judicial y fue llevado ante un Juez, donde el agente especializado del Ministerio P\u00fablico expuso la evidencia que lo incrimina en los hechos dolosos, resolviendo el Juez favorablemente la petici\u00f3n de esta representaci\u00f3n social de vincularlo a proceso con medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Kuali\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n a Eduardo \u201cN\u201d alias \u201cEl Cabe\u201d ante un Juez, obteniendo que sea vinculado a proceso penal, por la comisi\u00f3n del delito de homicidio cometido en agravio de cinco hombres quienes fueron privados de la vida con arma de fuego.
