El hombre fue vinculado a proceso penal y permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">El indiciado, Juan Antonio \u201cN\u201d fue detenido en v\u00eda p\u00fablica y llevado a audiencia inicial. Fue imputado por el hecho que la ley se\u00f1ala como el delito de homicidio simple, previsto y sancionado por el C\u00f3digo Penal para el Estado de Guanajuato, cometido en agravio de quien en vida llev\u00f3 por nombre Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas \u201cN\u201d, apodado \u201cEl Astilla\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Al iniciar actuaciones por este evento, el agente especializado del Ministerio P\u00fablico identific\u00f3 al agresor y como resultado de una exhaustiva b\u00fasqueda, logr\u00f3 su detenci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de Agentes de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal, siendo puesto a disposici\u00f3n de un juez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">El pasado 28 de febrero de 2019, aproximadamente entre las 21:30 y 22:00 horas, el imputado lleg\u00f3 a bordo de su veh\u00edculo Jeep Cherokee gris, a un domicilio ubicado en la colonia El Retiro, de esta ciudad. Bajo la amenaza de un arma de fuego, someti\u00f3 al ofendido para que abordara la unidad motora y lo priv\u00f3 de la vida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">El ofendido fue localizado sin vida el 01 de marzo de 2019, en el camino que conduce al relleno sanitario, por la colonia Buenaventura.
