Jos\u00e9 Luis Huerta Torres inform\u00f3 que el partido acata la sentencia del pleno del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (TEPJF) aunque destac\u00f3, que las pruebas presentadas sobre los hechos materia de la impugnaci\u00f3n merec\u00edan una mejor valoraci\u00f3n.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dijo el presidente del Comit\u00e9 que el alcalde electo fue ya ratificado por el \u00f3rgano electoral, lo cual \u201ccomo partido y como irapuatenses, institucionalmente respetaremos, por el bien de todos los que vivimos en este municipio, pero a su vez, exigiremos un buen gobierno\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Las exigencias al gobierno municipal electo ser\u00e1n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.- Sensibilidad a los reclamos sociales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.- Transparencia y oportunidad en su actuar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3.- Buen manejo de los recursos p\u00fablicos con rendici\u00f3n de cuentas,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4.- Eficiencia y democracia y,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.- Garante de un Estado de derecho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esto, extern\u00f3, sin que sea limitativo de las obligaciones y responsabilidades que se prescriben en las leyes secundarias y la propia Constituci\u00f3n del estado de Guanajuato y la Constituci\u00f3n General de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los resultados fueron adversos en la elecci\u00f3n municipal, pero enfatiz\u00f3 que lo realizado en la t\u00e9cnica jur\u00eddica fue atendiendo a los derechos jur\u00eddicos electorales, ejerci\u00e9ndose los medios de defensa que garantiza la nueva legislaci\u00f3n \u201ccon absoluta seriedad y la responsabilidad que exige el representar a nuestro instituto pol\u00edtico, sin llegar nunca a ofender a nuestros adversarios con la calumnia, la difamaci\u00f3n o la injuria\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inform\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que el Comit\u00e9 Municipal del PRI obtuvo en lo general logros positivos en el pasado proceso electoral alcanzando cuatro de cinco posiciones: dos diputaciones federales con Yulma Rocha Aguilar y Erika Arroyo Bello en los Distritos 09 y 04, respectivamente y dos diputaciones locales con Arcelia Mar\u00eda Gonz\u00e1lez Gonz\u00e1lez e Irma Leticia Gonz\u00e1lez S\u00e1nchez por los Distritos XI y XII, respectivamente, esta \u00faltima por un mejor segundo lugar alcanzado en la votaci\u00f3n, report\u00e1ndose una mayor presencia del partido en el comparativo estatal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente del Comit\u00e9 Municipal del PRI, Huerta Torres agradeci\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda y a la militancia priista por su apoyo y confianza en esta jornada electoral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Armando Uribe, coordinador de regidores del PRI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, el presidente del Comit\u00e9 Municipal inform\u00f3 que se determin\u00f3 hacia el interior del partido en las instancias estatal y municipal as\u00ed como con los regidores priistas electos, que sea Armando de la Cruz Uribe Valle quien coordine a los regidores del PRI en el ejercicio constitucional del Ayuntamiento 2015-2018, ya que tiene probada capacidad, trabajo partidario y vocaci\u00f3n por el servicio hacia Irapuato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Armando Uribe Valle en su intervenci\u00f3n dijo que los regidores priistas ejercer\u00e1n una oposici\u00f3n responsable, haciendo propuestas democr\u00e1ticas y serias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El PRI, destac\u00f3, representa una fuerza toral con quienes fueron sus aliados en la contienda electoral, y la participaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 de apertura al dialogo, a la propuesta, a la cr\u00edtica sana y al
