{"id":6672,"date":"2015-10-01T03:32:12","date_gmt":"2015-10-01T03:32:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/?p=6672"},"modified":"2015-10-01T12:43:02","modified_gmt":"2015-10-01T12:43:02","slug":"reconoce-sixto-zetina-fallas-en-seguridad-y-baches","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2015\/10\/01\/reconoce-sixto-zetina-fallas-en-seguridad-y-baches\/","title":{"rendered":"RECONOCE SIXTO ZETINA FALLAS EN SEGURIDAD Y BACHES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Gerardo Garc\u00eda\/Irapuato, Gto.-<\/strong><\/em> Tras reconocer que le qued\u00f3 a deber a la ciudadan\u00eda en los temas de Seguridad y Baches, el alcalde de Irapuato, Sixto Zetina Soto present\u00f3 su Tercer Informe de Gobierno ante unas 2 mil personas que acudieron al Parque Irekua.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cMe presento contento y ante ustedes para reconocer mis errores\u201d, fueron las primeras palabras de su mensaje pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y a\u00f1adio: \u201cCuado pasa un hecho de inseguridad los principales responsables se llaman Polic\u00eda o Sixto, la soluci\u00f3n no estuvo en comprar equipamiento o la capacitaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s polic\u00edas, el problema est\u00e1 en dos puntos y hay que reconocerlo\u2026las cosas como son: la familia y la legislaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dijo para sustentar su postura que en la famila hoy se carece de valores y que hoy hay rabia de saber que alguien roba y es dejado en libertad<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_6675\" style=\"width: 610px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/SIXTO-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6675\" class=\"wp-image-6675 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/SIXTO-3-660x438.jpg\" alt=\"SIXTO-3\" width=\"600\" height=\"398\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/SIXTO-3-660x438.jpg 660w, https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/SIXTO-3-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-6675\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: Gerardo Garc\u00eda.<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cIrapuatenses, de nada sirven 234 nuevos policias o 50 casetas, la soluci\u00f3n es refomar el Codigo Penal y por lo mismo present\u00e9 una iniciativa al Congreso del Estado, b\u00e1sicamente resumida en \u2018el que la hace la paga\u2019, me atrev\u00ed a impulsarla porque<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">estoy harto de que sean los ciudadanos los qye est\u00e9n tras las rejas en su casa y no los ladrones dentro de una c\u00e1rcel\u201d, advirti\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pidi\u00f3 entonces a los diputados locales que descongelen esta iniciativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a la promesa de lograr Cero Baches, Zetina Soto se\u00f1al\u00f3 que su pecado fue ser ambicioso, porque crey\u00f3 que pod\u00eda acabar con ellos y finalmente se percat\u00f3 que el problema es mayor que los recursos.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_6676\" style=\"width: 610px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/SIXTO-4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6676\" class=\"wp-image-6676 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/SIXTO-4-660x438.jpg\" alt=\"SIXTO-4\" width=\"600\" height=\"398\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/SIXTO-4-660x438.jpg 660w, https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/SIXTO-4-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-6676\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: Gerardo Garc\u00eda.<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luego de este par de conceptos, arranc\u00f3 aplausos y luego destac\u00f3 las acciones realizadas en los rubros de Gobierno Responsable, Ciudad Digna, Desarrollo Social, Impulso Hidr\u00e1ulico, Ciudad Segura y Ciudad Emprendedora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al Informe acudieron con la representaci\u00f3n del Gobernador Miguel M\u00e1rquez M\u00e1rquez, el Secretario de Gobierno, Antonio Savador Garc\u00eda L\u00f3pez; del Congreso del Estado, el diputado Luis Vargas Guti\u00e9rrez y del Poder Judicial, la magistrada Claudia Barrera Rangel, as\u00ed como el Obispo de la Di\u00f3cesis de Irapuato, Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Mart\u00ednez Zepeda, entre otras personalidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Glosa<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como parte de si ejercicio de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas se present\u00f3 un video con los principales logros en materia de Gobierno donde se destac\u00f3 la donaci\u00f3n de siete fraccionamientos a favor de Gobierno (Estatal o Federal), la municipalizaci\u00f3n de 59 fraccionamientos y 2 mil 400 escrituras entregadas, la instalaci\u00f3n de circuito Skate en el Centro Comunitario Benito Ju\u00e1rez, la dignificaci\u00f3n del acceso al DIF y el Centro de Gobierno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el eje Ciudad Digna se entregaron 458 sillas de ruedas<strong>, se r<\/strong>etiraron de las calles a 300 ni\u00f1os, <strong>el <\/strong>Bulevar Mariano J. Garc\u00eda y ampliaci\u00f3n del puente Bicentenario, la modernizaci\u00f3n del Puente Floresta con una inversi\u00f3n de 45 millones de pesos, la ampliaci\u00f3n del bulevar Solidaridad<strong>, la <\/strong>pavimentaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica de calles: 230 urbanizaciones y la construcci\u00f3n de Ciclov\u00edas en Solidaridad, bulevar Mariano J.
