{"id":6443,"date":"2015-09-22T04:05:27","date_gmt":"2015-09-22T04:05:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/?p=6443"},"modified":"2015-09-22T04:05:27","modified_gmt":"2015-09-22T04:05:27","slug":"ayuda-yoga-a-curar-trastorno-de-ansiedad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2015\/09\/22\/ayuda-yoga-a-curar-trastorno-de-ansiedad\/","title":{"rendered":"AYUDA YOGA A CURAR TRASTORNO DE ANSIEDAD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Sandra Flores\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-<\/strong><\/em>El trastorno de ansiedad es una alteraci\u00f3n del estado mental en el que el paciente manifiesta un temor sobre algo que no es real y puede tratarse con terapias de relajaci\u00f3n, yoga o con actividad f\u00edsica, inform\u00f3 el doctor del IMSS en Le\u00f3n, Manuel L\u00f3pez Varela.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El galeno revel\u00f3 que el trastorno puede provocar\u00a0 s\u00edntomas f\u00edsicos, como: taquicardia y datos que llegan a confundirse con infarto agudo del miocardio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u201cEste padecimiento se caracteriza porque el paciente no logra definir qu\u00e9 es lo que lo mantiene ansioso e intranquilo\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agreg\u00f3 que los seres humanos viven con estr\u00e9s, trabajan bajo presi\u00f3n, pero quienes padecen trastorno de ansiedad no distinguen la causa de su preocupaci\u00f3n y lo manifiestan de una forma f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El trastorno afecta m\u00e1s a hombres que a mujeres y el paciente debe ser sometido a una de terapia conductual y debe realizar actividads f\u00edscas que lo tranqulicen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Coment\u00f3 el m\u00e9dico del IMSS, que el trastorno de ansiedad es una causa muy frecuente de dolor tor\u00e1cico en pacientes j\u00f3venes y se llega a diagnosticar, de manera err\u00f3nea, como un problema de salud cardiovascular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Sin embargo, resalt\u00f3, adem\u00e1s de esta condici\u00f3n, si se suman factores de riesgo como tabaquismo, obesidad y sedentarismo puede llevar a un problema cardiovascular real.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0El paciente debe buscar realizar alguna actividad que lo relaje, pueden ser: meditaci\u00f3n y yoga, por ejemplo; practicar deporte y conocer t\u00e9cnicas de relajaci\u00f3n.
