{"id":22869,"date":"2017-03-03T21:52:30","date_gmt":"2017-03-04T03:52:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/?p=22869"},"modified":"2017-03-03T21:52:30","modified_gmt":"2017-03-04T03:52:30","slug":"tramitar-amparos-recomienda-santillana-a-duenos-de-palcos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2017\/03\/03\/tramitar-amparos-recomienda-santillana-a-duenos-de-palcos\/","title":{"rendered":"TRAMITAR AMPAROS RECOMIENDA SANTILLANA A DUE\u00d1OS DE PALCOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Kuali\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-<\/strong><\/em>El Presidente Municipal de Le\u00f3n, H\u00e9ctor L\u00f3pez Santillana, lanz\u00f3 un llamado a los propietarios de palcos y plateas del Estadio Nou Camp para que presenten sus amparos ante el Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n para protegerse, esto, ante la posibilidad de que se determine entregarle el inmueble deportivo a un particular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pasado primero de marzo varios palcohabientes interpusieron amparos para evitar que se da\u00f1en sus derechos, derivado de la posibilidad de que el Primer Tribunal Unitario del D\u00e9cimo Sexto Circuito decida entregarles el estadio a la asociaci\u00f3n \u201cClub Social y Deportivo de Le\u00f3n A.C.\u201d de los empresarios Roberto Zerme\u00f1o y H\u00e9ctor Gonz\u00e1lez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, ante el llamado que lanzaron dichos empresarios para que no se interpongan amparos al asegurar que se les respetaran sus derechos, el alcalde dijo que lo m\u00e1s recomendable es que lo hagan y protejan su propiedad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este sentido, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que estar\u00eda en la posibilidad de apoyarlos para que interpongan dichos recursos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cYo har\u00eda un llamado a los ciudadanos a que se manifiesten y expresen sus derechos\u201d, externo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEstamos facilitando y la parte importante es ninguna persona que tiene relaci\u00f3n en este tema tan transcendente para el municipio no se quede sin ser escuchada por la autoridad\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u00f3pez Santillana evit\u00f3 responder s\u00ed estos amparos pudieran derivar en que el Primer Tribunal Unitario del D\u00e9cimo Sexto Circuito decida entregarle el estadio al municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEso corresponde a los jueces determinarlo pero al menos que todas las partes sean atendidas y escuchadas\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Kuali\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-El Presidente Municipal de Le\u00f3n, H\u00e9ctor L\u00f3pez Santillana, lanz\u00f3 un llamado a los propietarios de palcos y plateas del Estadio Nou Camp para que presenten sus amparos ante el Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n para protegerse, esto, ante la posibilidad de que se determine entregarle el inmueble deportivo a un particular.","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":19549,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_seopress_robots_primary_cat":"","_seopress_titles_title":"","_seopress_titles_desc":"","_seopress_robots_index":"","_seopress_analysis_target_kw":"","_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[16,15],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-22869","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-deportes","category-principal"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
