{"id":203460,"date":"2026-05-01T14:52:43","date_gmt":"2026-05-01T20:52:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=203460"},"modified":"2026-05-01T14:52:47","modified_gmt":"2026-05-01T20:52:47","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-8-policias-de-penjamo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2026\/05\/01\/vinculan-a-proceso-a-8-policias-de-penjamo\/","title":{"rendered":"VINCULAN A PROCESO A 8 POLIC\u00cdAS DE P\u00c9NJAMO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Carlos Garc\u00eda\/P\u00e9njamo, Gto.-<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 Un juez de control vincul\u00f3 a proceso penal a ocho polic\u00edas del gobierno morenista de P\u00e9njamo acusados de homicidio calificado y tentativa de homicidio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) inform\u00f3 que los oficiales vinculados son Marco Antonio, Cecilia Dolores, Israel, Juan Carlos, Mario Alberto, Mar\u00eda Trinidad, Juan Luis y Luis Esteban; adem\u00e1s, hay otro oficial a la espera de la resoluci\u00f3n del juez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 27 de febrero, los oficiales arrestaron y remitieron a los separados a un ciudadano; al mismo tiempo brindaron informaci\u00f3n sobre el detenido a los sicarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando el detenido sale de barandilla, es recogido por dos familiares y se marchan del lugar en una motocicleta, pero los oficiales los siguen para informar sobre su ubicaci\u00f3n a integrantes de un grupo delictivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los sicarios alcanzan a las v\u00edctimas y les disparan, originando que caigan de la motocicleta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLos agresores regresaron para rematar a las v\u00edctimas, mientras los polic\u00edas preventivos presenciaron los hechos desde su unidad sin intervenir, ignorando las peticiones de auxilio para posteriormente solo acordonar la zona del crimen\u201d, relat\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el lugar muri\u00f3 una mujer y dos hombres resultaron heridos de gravedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTras analizar los elementos de prueba, la jueza determin\u00f3 que existen elementos suficientes para procesar a los imputados, imponi\u00e9ndoles la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva y concediendo un plazo para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria\u201d, concluy\u00f3 la dependencia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Carlos Garc\u00eda\/P\u00e9njamo, Gto.-\u00a0 Un juez de control vincul\u00f3 a proceso penal a ocho polic\u00edas del gobierno morenista de P\u00e9njamo acusados de homicidio calificado y tentativa de homicidio.
