{"id":203350,"date":"2026-04-29T22:39:21","date_gmt":"2026-04-30T04:39:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=203350"},"modified":"2026-04-29T22:39:24","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T04:39:24","slug":"aumenta-poblacion-en-penales-de-guanajuato","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2026\/04\/29\/aumenta-poblacion-en-penales-de-guanajuato\/","title":{"rendered":"AUMENTA POBLACI\u00d3N EN PENALES DE GUANAJUATO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Milagros Tadeo\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>El director general del Sistema Penitenciario del Estado de Guanajuato, Julio C\u00e9sar P\u00e9rez Ram\u00edrez, inform\u00f3 que durante la presente administraci\u00f3n el n\u00famero de personas privadas de la libertad se ha incrementado en un 10%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que la estrategia de seguridad ha sido efectiva, ya que se ha logrado detener y recluir a m\u00e1s asesinos, violadores y delincuentes que atentan contra el patrimonio de los guanajuatenses, evitando as\u00ed la llamada \u201cpuerta giratoria\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precis\u00f3 que aunque todos los d\u00edas cambian los n\u00fameros, ahora hay poco m\u00e1s de 7 mil personas en los penales del estado, cantidad que dijo no representa una sobrepoblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cS\u00ed ha sido importante, no nada m\u00e1s el incremento, ya no est\u00e1 la puerta giratoria, es decir, ya no entran y salen, ya se est\u00e1n quedando porque las autoridades est\u00e1n acreditando bien el delito, pero s\u00ed hay incremento (\u2026) nuestra poblaci\u00f3n es fluctuante, entran pero tambi\u00e9n salen ya sea por una libertad, por un beneficio o porque el juez determinar que no deben estar en presi\u00f3n, ahora se est\u00e1n quedando en m\u00e1s tiempo\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El funcionario de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Paz de Guanajuato destac\u00f3 que por desgracia son cada vez m\u00e1s, los hombres y mujeres de 19 a 25 a\u00f1os de edad, quienes est\u00e1n siendo recluidos en los penales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los diez Centros de Prevenci\u00f3n y Reinserci\u00f3n Social (CePrereso) del estado no se encuentran al l\u00edmite de su capacidad y destac\u00f3 que en pr\u00f3ximas fechas se abrir\u00e1n dos nuevos espacios en San Miguel de Allende y en P\u00e9njamo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Milagros Tadeo\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-\u00a0El director general del Sistema Penitenciario del Estado de Guanajuato, Julio C\u00e9sar P\u00e9rez Ram\u00edrez, inform\u00f3 que durante la presente administraci\u00f3n el n\u00famero de personas privadas de la libertad se ha incrementado en un 10%.
