{"id":202687,"date":"2026-04-23T18:41:11","date_gmt":"2026-04-24T00:41:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=202687"},"modified":"2026-04-23T23:17:32","modified_gmt":"2026-04-24T05:17:32","slug":"empresa-fachada-debe-ser-investigada-estado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2026\/04\/23\/empresa-fachada-debe-ser-investigada-estado\/","title":{"rendered":"EMPRESA FACHADA DEBE SER INVESTIGADA: ESTADO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><br><em>Milagros Tadeo \/ Le\u00f3n, Gto.-\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>El secretario de Gobierno, Jorge Jim\u00e9nez Lona, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la empresa Office and Publicity debe ser investigada y se debe castigar a quien intent\u00f3 enga\u00f1ar al Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT) a trav\u00e9s de la consolidaci\u00f3n de esta empresa fachada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Office and Publicity recibi\u00f3 12 contratos por m\u00e1s de siete millones de pesos para bienes impresos; sin embargo, su consolidaci\u00f3n estuvo marcada por irregularidades, ya que la empresa fue registrada sin que la persona se\u00f1alada como propietaria tuviera conocimiento de ello, por lo que el secretario de Gobierno consider\u00f3 necesario revisar este caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl notario no est\u00e1 obligado a ir a los domicilios, al notario le llevan la integraci\u00f3n de la sociedad y revisa las actas e identificaciones, aqu\u00ed es quien crea las empresas y enga\u00f1a al SAT porque muchas veces lo hacen con fines fiscales, cambian domicilios y situaciones legales. Aqu\u00ed incluso hay posibilidad de una investigaci\u00f3n a quien intent\u00f3 enga\u00f1ar\u201d, resalt\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-kuali wp-block-embed-kuali\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"lE2GPWrNkB\"><a href=\"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2026\/04\/18\/renuncia-allan-leon-investigan-empresa-irregular\/\">RENUNCIA ALLAN LE\u00d3N; INVESTIGAN EMPRESA IRREGULAR<\/a><\/blockquote><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; visibility: hidden;\" title=\"&#8220;RENUNCIA ALLAN LE\u00d3N; INVESTIGAN EMPRESA IRREGULAR&#8221; &#8212; Kuali\" src=\"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2026\/04\/18\/renuncia-allan-leon-investigan-empresa-irregular\/embed\/#?secret=6d5D1EIGFw#?secret=lE2GPWrNkB\" data-secret=\"lE2GPWrNkB\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Al ser cuestionado sobre si los notarios tienen alguna responsabilidad, pues son ellos quienes validan la conformaci\u00f3n de las empresas o sociedades, dijo que la competencia y responsabilidad recae en la autoridad fiscal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, sobre si es viable solicitar una auditor\u00eda a la administraci\u00f3n leonesa, dijo que primero tendr\u00eda que determinar si el recurso asignado a Office and Publicity, es estatal o federal para saber si le toca a la Auditor\u00eda Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n o la Auditor\u00eda del Estado de Guanajuato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, consider\u00f3 necesario que L\u00e9on y todos los municipios mejoren sus procesos para la asignaci\u00f3n de contratos para evitar que sucedan m\u00e1s casos de empresas fachada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAqu\u00ed mejorar los protocolos, revisar. Obviamente, acu\u00e9rdense que tanto el Estado, como el Municipio tienen sus registros, sus padrones de proveedores.
