{"id":201782,"date":"2026-04-14T15:34:44","date_gmt":"2026-04-14T21:34:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=201782"},"modified":"2026-04-14T21:34:47","modified_gmt":"2026-04-15T03:34:47","slug":"taxista-abuso-sexualmente-de-pasajera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2026\/04\/14\/taxista-abuso-sexualmente-de-pasajera\/","title":{"rendered":"TAXISTA ABUS\u00d3 SEXUALMENTE DE PASAJERA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Carlos Garc\u00eda\/San Miguel de Allende, Gto.<\/em><\/strong> Un taxista de San Miguel de Allende fue sentenciado a un a\u00f1o y cuatro meses de c\u00e1rcel por abusar sexualmente de una mujer la madrugada del 30 de marzo del 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;El juez determin\u00f3 que Jos\u00e9 Eduardo, adem\u00e1s de perder sus derechos pol\u00edticos, dict\u00f3 medidas de restricci\u00f3n para que no se acerque a la v\u00edctima, as\u00ed como el pago de una multa y la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o moral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;La madrugada del 30 de marzo, la v\u00edctima abord\u00f3 un taxi, pero Jos\u00e9 Eduardo se desvi\u00f3 de la ruta establecida, record\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u201cTras ignorar las peticiones de detener la unidad, se dirigi\u00f3 hacia las inmediaciones de la salida a Celaya\u201d, relat\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Agreg\u00f3 que el taxista estacion\u00f3 y apag\u00f3 el veh\u00edculo; en ese momento \u201cejerci\u00f3 violencia f\u00edsica y actos de naturaleza sexual contra la v\u00edctima\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u201cTras el altercado, la mujer fue obligada a descender del veh\u00edculo de manera violenta, momento en el que el responsable se dio a la fuga\u201d, narr\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;El primero de abril, la v\u00edctima present\u00f3 una denuncia penal y la investigaci\u00f3n la realiz\u00f3 la Unidad Especializada en Investigaci\u00f3n de Delitos Cometidos en Contra de las Mujeres por Razones de G\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cInici\u00f3 las diligencias que permitieron identificar al probable responsable. El 8 de abril se obtuvo la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, la cual fue cumplimentada por agentes de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal el d\u00eda 9 de abril de 2026\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Al d\u00eda siguiente, el taxista fue vinculado a proceso penal por el delito de abusos sexuales y acept\u00f3 su responsabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;En un procedimiento abreviado, el juez dict\u00f3 una sentencia de un a\u00f1o y cuatro meses de prisi\u00f3n; ventil\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Carlos Garc\u00eda\/San Miguel de Allende, Gto.
