{"id":201215,"date":"2026-04-07T16:50:17","date_gmt":"2026-04-07T22:50:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=201215"},"modified":"2026-04-07T16:50:22","modified_gmt":"2026-04-07T22:50:22","slug":"persiguen-sistematicamente-a-migrantes-hispanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2026\/04\/07\/persiguen-sistematicamente-a-migrantes-hispanos\/","title":{"rendered":"PERSIGUEN SISTEMATICAMENTE A MIGRANTES HISPANOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Milagros Tadeo\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-<\/strong>&nbsp;La organizaci\u00f3n American Migrant Federation A.C., defensora de los derechos de los migrantes mexicanos en Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1, denunci\u00f3 que existe una persecuci\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica del gobierno del presidente Donald Trump contra la poblaci\u00f3n hispana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luis Alberto Reyes, secretario y representante legal de la organizaci\u00f3n afirm\u00f3 que el gobierno estadounidense persigue y viola los derechos humanos, pasando por alto los derechos humanos de los migrantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El activista record\u00f3 que catorce migrantes han muerto bajo custodia del ICE, entre ellos, el silaoense Jos\u00e9 Guadalupe Ramos Solano, mismos que no han sido esclarecidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe exige al gobierno de los Estados Unidos que aclaren legalmente la situaci\u00f3n y la condici\u00f3n en la que murieron esas personas bajo custodia de una sus instituciones gubernamentales, segundo que se castigue a los funcionarios o a los agentes que incurrieron en esta falta de respeto a los derechos humanos y si se llegara a fincar alguna responsabilidad como delito que se les aplique la ley\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el consulado mexicano con sede en San Bernardino, California, podr\u00eda tener responsabilidad en la muerte del guanajuatense Jos\u00e9 Guadalupe Ramos, debido a la posible falta de atenci\u00f3n hacia los connacionales bajo su jurisdicci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El defensor de derechos humanos de la comunidad migrante agreg\u00f3 que en Estados Unidos viven y trabajan legalmente alrededor de un mill\u00f3n 700 mil guanajuatenses, con residencia, ciudadan\u00eda o permisos laborales reconocidos, y aun as\u00ed muchos han sido detenidos de manera arbitraria, por lo que es urgente que el estado mexicano tenga una voz m\u00e1s fuerte para defender a los migrantes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Milagros Tadeo\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-&nbsp;La organizaci\u00f3n American Migrant Federation A.C., defensora de los derechos de los migrantes mexicanos en Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1, denunci\u00f3 que existe una persecuci\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica del gobierno del presidente Donald Trump contra la poblaci\u00f3n hispana.
