{"id":191532,"date":"2025-12-04T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-12-05T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=191532"},"modified":"2025-12-04T19:27:43","modified_gmt":"2025-12-05T01:27:43","slug":"debe-mostrar-independencia-nueva-fiscal-abogados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2025\/12\/04\/debe-mostrar-independencia-nueva-fiscal-abogados\/","title":{"rendered":"DEBE MOSTRAR INDEPENDENCIA NUEVA FISCAL: ABOGADOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Milagros Tadeo\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-&nbsp;<\/strong>El presidente del Colegio de Abogados de Le\u00f3n, V\u00edctor Manuel S\u00e1nchez Quiroz, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el reto de Ernestina Godoy Ramos ser\u00e1 demostrar independencia y credibilidad al frente de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Senado aprob\u00f3 a Ernestina Godoy como fiscal general de la Rep\u00fablica con 97 votos a favor, 19 en contra y 11 nulos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El l\u00edder de los abogados en Le\u00f3n dijo que, ante los cuestionamientos en torno a que ser\u00e1 una fiscal \u201ca modo\u201d impuesta por el gobierno de Morena, Ernestina Godoy deber\u00e1 actuar de manera objetiva e imparcial; es decir, deber\u00e1 garantizar el equilibrio entre la justicia y la autonom\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Audio: 0:17 \u201cLa Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica es un pilar del Estado mexicano y su titular siempre debe garantizar autonom\u00eda plena, profesionalismo e imparcialidad, as\u00ed como una firme vocaci\u00f3n de servicio hacia la ciudadan\u00eda. Yo creo que lo verdaderamente importante es que quien encabece la Fiscal\u00eda consolide una procuraci\u00f3n de justicia eficaz, transparente y cercana a la sociedad, que combata la impunidad y que act\u00fae con respeto absoluto al marco constitucional\u201d, resalt\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subray\u00f3 que la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica debe mantener su independencia respecto de cualquier poder o grupo de inter\u00e9s y no favorecer a grupos cercanos al poder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respecto al trabajo de Alejandro Gertz Manero, dijo que dej\u00f3 mucho que desear, pues fue un fiscal que actu\u00f3 \u201ca modo\u201d y utiliz\u00f3 la justicia para atacar a oponentes pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo fue muy eficiente; consideramos que tuvo muchas fallas al divulgar informaci\u00f3n que era estrictamente confidencial y al filtrar cierto tipo de datos.
