Carlos Garc\u00eda\/Guanajuato, Gto.-<\/em><\/strong> En operativos implementados en cinco municipios fueron detenidos 12 integrantes del cartel Santa Rosa de Lima (CSRL) que extorsionaban a comerciantes y ciudadanos, inform\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La dependencia divulg\u00f3 que, derivado de un trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n e inteligencia, ejecutaron cateos en los municipios de Irapuato, Celaya, Le\u00f3n, San Miguel de Allende y Guanajuato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cComo resultado, fueron detenidos m\u00e1s de una decena de presuntos responsables, varios de los cuales ya cuentan con sentencia de prisi\u00f3n\u201d, difundi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los detenidos y vinculados a proceso penal son Francisco Javier, l\u00edder de una c\u00e9lula criminal en Irapuato, Nicol\u00e1s Antonio, Fernando Sa\u00fal, Brayan Alexis, Perla Mar\u00eda del Carmen, Jorge Alfredo, Daniel y Francisco, enumer\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agreg\u00f3 que ya fueron sentenciados, en procedimiento abreviado, contra Jes\u00fas, Jos\u00e9 Manuel, Tom\u00e1s y Hugo Giovanni.  La FGE no menciona los a\u00f1os de condena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los sentenciados y vinculados a proceso ten\u00edan el mismo modus operandi para extorsionar a comerciantes y ciudadanos, ventil\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEl env\u00edo de notas extorsivas en las que se obligaba a las v\u00edctimas a comunicarse a n\u00fameros telef\u00f3nicos para exigir altos pagos de dinero a cambio de no hacerles da\u00f1o, as\u00ed como agresiones directas mediante disparos de arma de fuego para intimidar a los locatarios y obtener efectivo\u201d, precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
