Se vulner\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s superior de la ni\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria celebrada este martes, el Consejo General del Instituto Electoral del Estado de Guanajuato (IEEG) aprob\u00f3 dar cumplimiento a la sentencia del Tribunal Estatal Electoral de Guanajuato (TEEG) en el procedimiento especial sancionador TEEG-PES-19\/2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado dos de septiembre de 2025 el IEEG recibi\u00f3 la sentencia emitida por el tribunal, en la que se impone la sanci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica por la cantidad de 7 mil 599 pesos \"por el actuar indebido\" del PVEM \"con motivo de la difusi\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes en las que se hacen identificables a personas menores de edad sin contar con el consentimiento respectivo en t\u00e9rminos de la normativa aplicable, lo que trajo como consecuencia la vulneraci\u00f3n al inter\u00e9s superior de la ni\u00f1ez\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El monto total de la multa ser\u00e1 descontada de la ministraci\u00f3n mensual del financiamiento p\u00fablico que recibe el PVEM para el sostenimiento de actividades ordinarias permanentes correspondiente a noviembre de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cantidad ser\u00e1 reintegrada a la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas para sea destinada al Instituto de Innovaci\u00f3n, Ciencia y Emprendimiento para la Competitividad para el Estado de Guanajuato.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Alicia Arias\/Guanajuato, Gto.- El Partido Verde Ecologista de M\u00e9xico (PVEM) deber\u00e1 pagar una multa de 7 mil 599 pesos por difundir rostros de menores de edad sin el consentimiento de sus padres.
