{"id":185552,"date":"2025-09-19T18:59:36","date_gmt":"2025-09-20T00:59:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=185552"},"modified":"2025-09-19T19:03:50","modified_gmt":"2025-09-20T01:03:50","slug":"resuelve-contraloria-investigacion-por-acoso-sexual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2025\/09\/19\/resuelve-contraloria-investigacion-por-acoso-sexual\/","title":{"rendered":"RESUELVE CONTRALOR\u00cdA INVESTIGACI\u00d3N POR ACOSO SEXUAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Milagros Tadeo\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-&nbsp;<\/strong>La&nbsp;contralora&nbsp;municipal, Viridiana M\u00e1rquez Moreno, inform\u00f3 que tras la denuncia de acoso sexual que fue presentada por una trabajadora del Parque Metropolitano de Le\u00f3n, se determin\u00f3 que el funcionario denunciado cometi\u00f3 una falta no grave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este dictamen fue notificado a la denunciante quien opt\u00f3 por impugnar ante el Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa del Estado de Guanajuato, al considerar que la resoluci\u00f3n de la Contralor\u00eda no es correcta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNada m\u00e1s uno de ellos, el del tema del acoso sexual, de los primeros que llegaron, ese ya fue notificada la calificaci\u00f3n correspondiente a la persona denunciante, estamos en espera de, en ese ya impugnaron la calificaci\u00f3n y entonces se va a ir al Tribunal, se va a extender un poco m\u00e1s el proceso por esa situaci\u00f3n\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que el acoso sexual no est\u00e1 tipificado raz\u00f3n por la cual no se cuentan con elementos para poder emitir resoluciones m\u00e1s severas en los casos que se detectan dentro de la Administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cComo lo he mencionado anteriormente, este tipo de conductas no se encuentran tipificadas en la ley, entonces la \u00fanica manera en que nosotros hemos encuadrado las conductas es con una falta no grave, entonces bajo esa situaci\u00f3n fue que se impugn\u00f3 la calificaci\u00f3n de la falta y va a determinar el tribunal si lo encuadra a alguna otra conducta\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La contralora municipal agreg\u00f3 que las otras 31 denuncias presentadas por trabajadores del Parque Metropolitano por hostigamiento laboral contin\u00faan en investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Milagros Tadeo\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-&nbsp;La&nbsp;contralora&nbsp;municipal, Viridiana M\u00e1rquez Moreno, inform\u00f3 que tras la denuncia de acoso sexual que fue presentada por una trabajadora del Parque Metropolitano de Le\u00f3n, se determin\u00f3 que el funcionario denunciado cometi\u00f3 una falta no grave.
