{"id":182834,"date":"2025-08-13T14:31:00","date_gmt":"2025-08-13T20:31:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=182834"},"modified":"2025-08-13T16:32:38","modified_gmt":"2025-08-13T22:32:38","slug":"respalda-diputada-programa-de-educacion-sexual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2025\/08\/13\/respalda-diputada-programa-de-educacion-sexual\/","title":{"rendered":"RESPALDA DIPUTADA PROGRAMA DE EDUCACI\u00d3N SEXUAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Milagros Tadeo\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-<\/strong>\u00a0La\u00a0diputada\u00a0local de MC,\u00a0Sandra\u00a0Pedroza Orozco, asegur\u00f3 que la desinformaci\u00f3n ha generado que los padres de familia aseguren que el programa piloto de educaci\u00f3n sexual \u201cEn Buen Plan\u201d, busca promover el aborto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 hay personas desinformadas que piensan que la educaci\u00f3n sexual es la v\u00eda para promover el aborto cuando no es as\u00ed y se trata de generar un proyecto de vida entre los estudiantes brind\u00e1ndoles informaci\u00f3n precisa y objetiva de acuerdo a su edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe ha querido malinformar a la ciudadan\u00eda diciendo que es el promover el aborto desde las aulas, situaci\u00f3n que no es as\u00ed, la educaci\u00f3n sexual y reproductiva es prevenci\u00f3n, prevenci\u00f3n de embarazos no deseados desde la adolescencia y algo muy importante que no se ve, es que, es dar herramientas para prevenir y detectar a tiempo situaciones de violencia sexual\u201d, refiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que el Estado est\u00e1 haciendo lo correcto, pues est\u00e1 obligado a garantizar educaci\u00f3n sexual a los menores y adolescentes de acuerdo a lo establecido en la propia Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cConsidero que no, la educaci\u00f3n sexual y reproductiva es un derecho al que todas las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes tienen, as\u00ed lo dice la Constituci\u00f3n y la Ley General de Educaci\u00f3n, entonces no considero que sea una vulneraci\u00f3n. Claro que en las familias est\u00e1 el derecho de cada familia a decidir qu\u00e9 valores y de qu\u00e9 manera se instruye a sus hijos, la realidad es que, en muchos hogares de M\u00e9xico y Guanajuato, este tema de la educaci\u00f3n sexual sigue siendo un tab\u00fa\u201d, refiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pedroza Orozco pidi\u00f3 a los padres de familia y a las asociaciones civiles que est\u00e1n en contra del programa de educaci\u00f3n sexual que se implementar\u00e1 en dos escuelas secundarias de Silao y Romita, tener mayor apertura en estos temas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Milagros Tadeo\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-\u00a0La\u00a0diputada\u00a0local de MC,\u00a0Sandra\u00a0Pedroza Orozco, asegur\u00f3 que la desinformaci\u00f3n ha generado que los padres de familia aseguren que el programa piloto de educaci\u00f3n sexual \u201cEn Buen Plan\u201d, busca promover el aborto.
