{"id":182154,"date":"2025-08-04T18:49:20","date_gmt":"2025-08-05T00:49:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=182154"},"modified":"2025-08-05T08:47:27","modified_gmt":"2025-08-05T14:47:27","slug":"regulara-congreso-moto-taxis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2025\/08\/04\/regulara-congreso-moto-taxis\/","title":{"rendered":"REGULAR\u00c1 CONGRESO MOTO TAXIS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Milagros Tadeo\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-<\/strong>El coordinador de los diputados locales del PAN por Guanajuato,\u00a0Jorge Espadas\u00a0Galv\u00e1n, anticip\u00f3 que ir\u00e1n por la regulaci\u00f3n del servicio de moto taxis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que actualmente no est\u00e1 reconocido este servicio de transporte sin ruta fija, por lo que es necesario establecer reglas para que los ciudadanos puedan prestar el servicio p\u00fablico de moto taxi a trav\u00e9s de la asignaci\u00f3n de una concesi\u00f3n por parte de la autoridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstamos construyendo la redacci\u00f3n para socializarla con los coordinadores, es una iniciativa del grupo que queremos&nbsp;ofrecerla a&nbsp;los coordinadores para que sea una iniciativa conjunta, estoy en&nbsp;pl\u00e1ticas&nbsp;con ellos, el d\u00eda mi\u00e9rcoles tengo junta de Gobierno en donde seguir\u00e9 socializando el tema con ellos\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijo que para ello ser\u00eda necesario hacer cambios en la Ley de Movilidad del Estado de Guanajuato establece las bases para planificar, regular y gestionar la movilidad de personas y bienes, garantizando un desplazamiento seguro y eficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLas plataformas est\u00e1n incurriendo en una ilegalidad, desde mi personal punto de vista, eso ya no me toca a m\u00ed como legislador, pero creo que incurren en una irregularidad y ponen en riesgo la vida de las personas a quienes no se les da ninguna garant\u00eda\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que el desplazamiento de las personas a trav\u00e9s del servicio de moto taxi que brinda UBER es un riesgo para los guanajuatenses, pues al no estar regulado no ofrece ninguna garant\u00eda legal para los usuarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que ante ello estar\u00e1n consolidando una propuesta para ir por la regulaci\u00f3n de los moto taxis, misma que se buscar\u00e1 empujar de la mano con otras fuerzas pol\u00edticas en el Congreso.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Milagros Tadeo\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-El coordinador de los diputados locales del PAN por Guanajuato,\u00a0Jorge Espadas\u00a0Galv\u00e1n, anticip\u00f3 que ir\u00e1n por la regulaci\u00f3n del servicio de moto taxis.
