{"id":176941,"date":"2025-06-02T13:16:34","date_gmt":"2025-06-02T19:16:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=176941"},"modified":"2025-06-02T19:26:58","modified_gmt":"2025-06-03T01:26:58","slug":"provocaron-el-incendio-donde-murieron-12-internos-fge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2025\/06\/02\/provocaron-el-incendio-donde-murieron-12-internos-fge\/","title":{"rendered":"PROVOCARON EL INCENDIO DONDE MURIERON 12 INTERNOS: FGE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Carlos Garc\u00eda\/San Jos\u00e9 Iturbide, Gto.-<\/em><\/strong> El incendio en un anexo de San Jos\u00e9 Iturbide donde murieron 12 hombres fue provocado en el interior del dormitorio y la \u201cidentidad del probable responsable a\u00fan no ha sido determinada\u201d, inform\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La madrugada del domingo se registr\u00f3 un incendio en el anexo \u201cVolver a Vivir\", ubicado en la colonia Loma de Buenavista, a un costado de la carretera San Jos\u00e9 de Iturbide-Doctor Mora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dependencia precis\u00f3 que investiga si el responsable del incendio est\u00e1 entre las personas fallecidas, entre los lesionados o entre los ilesos. Al momento del incendio hab\u00eda 23 personas en el anexo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el incendio murieron 12 hombres; hay tres personas hospitalizadas, dos con lesiones menores, tres internos ilesos no localizados, as\u00ed como tres servidores y responsables del anexo ilesos, precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que como parte de las investigaciones procesaron la escena del incendio, entrevistaron a testigos, realizan un an\u00e1lisis estructural y recopilan evidencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe busca establecer con precisi\u00f3n c\u00f3mo y por qu\u00e9 se origin\u00f3 el incendio, de forma preliminar, se confirma que el fuego inici\u00f3 al interior del dormitorio, el cual estaba cerrado por fuera como parte del reglamento interno del lugar\u201d, difundi\u00f3 la FGE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los 12 cuerpos de las personas fallecidas fueron llevados al Servicio M\u00e9dico Forense donde se les practican las necropsias apegadas a los protocolos legales, forenses y de derechos humanos, con un trato digno que \u201cla lamentable tragedia exige\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que desde las cinco de la tarde del domingo los familiares comenzaron con el proceso de identificaci\u00f3n y entrega de los cuerpos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa Fiscal\u00eda de Guanajuato refrenda su compromiso con la verdad y la justicia, actuando con una perspectiva de derechos humanos y manteniendo informada a la ciudadan\u00eda con oportunidad y responsabilidad\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Carlos Garc\u00eda\/San Jos\u00e9 Iturbide, Gto.- El incendio en un anexo de San Jos\u00e9 Iturbide donde murieron 12 hombres fue provocado en el interior del dormitorio y la \u201cidentidad del probable responsable a\u00fan no ha sido determinada\u201d, inform\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE).
