{"id":173561,"date":"2025-04-21T07:17:00","date_gmt":"2025-04-21T13:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=173561"},"modified":"2025-04-21T08:34:50","modified_gmt":"2025-04-21T14:34:50","slug":"arrestan-a-mas-vendedores-de-droga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2025\/04\/21\/arrestan-a-mas-vendedores-de-droga\/","title":{"rendered":"ARRESTAN A M\u00c1S VENDEDORES DE DROGA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Kuali\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.- <\/em><\/strong>En el operativo implementado en la avenida Miguel Alem\u00e1n para mejorar la movilidad de la zona, la Polic\u00eda Municipal detuvo a tres presuntos distribuidores de droga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el dispositivo, oficiales realizaban recorrido cerca de la calle Reforma, en la colonia Bellavista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A unos metros, observaron a tres sujetos que aparentemente fumaban marihuana, lo cual infringe el art\u00edculo 10, fracci\u00f3n V, del Reglamento de Polic\u00eda y Vialidad, que se\u00f1ala como falta el consumir o incitar al consumo de estupefacientes, psicotr\u00f3picos, enervantes, solventes o sustancias qu\u00edmicas en lugares p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los oficiales se acercaron a los hombres; al notar la presencia policial, los individuos intentaron huir, pero fueron detenidos metros adelante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por dicho acto, los agentes les informaron que se les realizar\u00eda una inspecci\u00f3n preventiva para descartar posibles riesgos, tanto para ellos como para la autoridad y el entorno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al interior de mochilas que portaban, se localizaron:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>222 envoltorios de piedra base<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 dosis de cristal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>105 bolsas de marihuana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por estos hechos fueron detenidos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Juan Alejandro, de 23 a\u00f1os<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arigerzain, de 25 a\u00f1os, con 33 detenciones por diversas faltas administrativas y\/o delitos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ricardo, de 28 a\u00f1os, con 15 detenciones previas<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Los detenidos quedaron a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico, instancia legal que determinar\u00e1 su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Kuali\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.- En el operativo implementado en la avenida Miguel Alem\u00e1n para mejorar la movilidad de la zona, la Polic\u00eda Municipal detuvo a tres presuntos distribuidores de droga.
