Est\u00e1 vinculado a proceso penal, con la prisi\u00f3n preventiva como medida cautelar.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La detenci\u00f3n del extorsiinador fue realizada por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Guanajuato (FGEG) tras una investigaci\u00f3n desarrollada por la Unidad Especializada en Combate a la Extorsi\u00f3n, que permiti\u00f3 acreditar su probable participaci\u00f3n en el delito de extorsi\u00f3n agravada, cometido en el municipio de Celaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la fiscal\u00eda, el acusado intimid\u00f3 y presion\u00f3 en varias ocasiones con amenazas a una persona a la que exig\u00eda sumas de dinero en efectivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n arroj\u00f3 que posiblemente haya participado en otras extorsiones, por lo que la fiscal\u00eda pide que si alguna persona lo identifica y ha sido v\u00edctima de \u00e9l, lo denuncie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con base en los elementos de prueba, el Ministerio P\u00fablico solicit\u00f3 y obtuvo una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, la cual fue ejecutada con \u00e9xito por agentes de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal, quienes implementaron un operativo para detener a Hugo Giovanni \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Durante la audiencia, el representante de la fiscal\u00eda present\u00f3 ante el juez los resultados de la investigaci\u00f3n y los indicios recabados, logrando que el imputado fuera vinculado a proceso penal, con la prisi\u00f3n preventiva como medida cautelar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Kuali\/Celaya, Gto.- Hugo Giovanni \"N\" fue detenido y llevado a prisi\u00f3n por el delito de extorsi\u00f3n agravada.
