{"id":173056,"date":"2025-04-12T13:07:24","date_gmt":"2025-04-12T19:07:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=173056"},"modified":"2025-04-12T22:43:58","modified_gmt":"2025-04-13T04:43:58","slug":"liberan-a-victima-de-secuestro-hay-2-detenidos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2025\/04\/12\/liberan-a-victima-de-secuestro-hay-2-detenidos\/","title":{"rendered":"LIBERAN A V\u00cdCTIMA DE SECUESTRO; HAY 2 DETENIDOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Kuali\/Irapuato, Gto.-<\/em><\/strong>Un juez vincul\u00f3 a proceso penal a Juan Carlos y a Mario Enrique acusados de ser los presuntos responsables del delito de secuestro agravado, cometido en el municipio de Irapuato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos que originaron esta investigaci\u00f3n se registraron la ma\u00f1ana del 2 de abril de 2025, alrededor de las 9:30 horas, en el mercado de abastos La Venta, cuando sujetos armados irrumpieron en la rutina de una persona y lo sometieron con violencia para llevarlo a un domicilio en el municipio de Villagr\u00e1n, donde lo tuvieron privado de la libertad y bajo amenazas contra la integridad f\u00edsica de la v\u00edctima trataron de contactar a los familiares del ofendido para pedir dinero por su liberaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante un patrullaje preventivo, elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Paz del Estado de Guanajuato detectaron movimientos sospechosos en las inmediaciones de un inmueble ubicado en la ciudad de Villagr\u00e1n, donde observaron a los imputados portando armas de fuego y resguardando el lugar donde manten\u00edan cautiva a una v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La oportuna y diligente reacci\u00f3n de los polic\u00edas estatales, permiti\u00f3 detener a JUAN CARLOS \u201cN\u201d y MARIO ENR\u00cdQUE \u201cN\u201d, sin poner en riesgo la vida de la persona secuestrada, quien fue rescatada en condiciones de seguridad; adem\u00e1s se asegur\u00f3 un arma de fuego, una camioneta y un inmueble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los detenidos fueron puestos a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico, quien, en conjunto con agentes ministeriales y peritos criminalistas recabaron diversos testimonios, sumados a im\u00e1genes captadas por c\u00e1maras de video vigilancia, piezas clave para que la Fiscal\u00eda integrara una s\u00f3lida carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n con la que sustent\u00f3 la acusaci\u00f3n en contra de los presuntos secuestradores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia inicial, el \u00f3rgano jurisdiccional resolvi\u00f3 la situaci\u00f3n legal de los detenidos con su vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso penal por el delito de secuestro agravado.
