{"id":168430,"date":"2025-02-12T21:21:50","date_gmt":"2025-02-13T03:21:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=168430"},"modified":"2025-02-12T21:21:52","modified_gmt":"2025-02-13T03:21:52","slug":"acusan-de-3-delitos-al-asesino-de-mateo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2025\/02\/12\/acusan-de-3-delitos-al-asesino-de-mateo\/","title":{"rendered":"ACUSAN DE 3 DELITOS AL ASESINO DE MATEO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Milagros Tadeo\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-&nbsp;<\/strong>Christian Jafet \"N\" podr\u00eda ser vinculado a proceso por la desaparici\u00f3n forzada, homicidio calificado y violaci\u00f3n de Mateo Santiago Ram\u00edrez Mart\u00ednez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este mi\u00e9rcoles a las 9 de la ma\u00f1ana, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la audiencia inicial del m\u00e9dico Christian Jafet \"N\" donde el Ministerio P\u00fablico le inform\u00f3 ante el juez de control, que est\u00e1 sujeto a una investigaci\u00f3n por los delitos que se le imputan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La audiencia fue suspendida por un lapso de tres horas a efecto de que Christian Jafet pudiera cambiar de abogados, de defensores de oficio a privados; luego de reanudarse la audiencia, su defensa solicit\u00f3 la duplicidad del t\u00e9rmino constitucional para la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante esto, ser\u00e1 hasta el pr\u00f3ximo lunes &nbsp;a las 9 de la ma\u00f1ana cuando se reanudar\u00e1 la audiencia en la que se definir\u00e1 si es vinculado a proceso por dichos delitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras salir de la audiencia los asesores de la familia de Mateo Santiago, descartaron que exista un tercer implicado, pese a que la misma Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Guanajuato lo inform\u00f3 en un comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, pidieron a la poblaci\u00f3n no difundir noticias falsas sobre el caso de Mateo Santiago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHay que cuidar todos los pasos, los trazos y los procedimientos jur\u00eddicos que se tienen que llevar porque ahorita el se\u00f1or est\u00e1 siendo imputado por una serie de delitos y es importante que no se mal informe. De repente, nos hemos dado cuenta de que est\u00e1 manejando informaci\u00f3n que no debe ser as\u00ed, aqu\u00ed los \u00fanicos interesados, es que fluya, sus padres han sido revictimizados en diferentes ocasiones y no debe ser as\u00ed\u201d, declar\u00f3 Santiago Solorzano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, los abogados de la familia de Mateo Santiago aclararon que el menor de 12 a\u00f1os no trabajaba con el m\u00e9dico Christian Jafet \"N\u201d como se ha se\u00f1alado, e incluso, no se conoc\u00edan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Milagros Tadeo\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-&nbsp;Christian Jafet \"N\" podr\u00eda ser vinculado a proceso por la desaparici\u00f3n forzada, homicidio calificado y violaci\u00f3n de Mateo Santiago Ram\u00edrez Mart\u00ednez.
