{"id":163090,"date":"2024-12-14T13:20:07","date_gmt":"2024-12-14T19:20:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=163090"},"modified":"2024-12-15T07:42:51","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:42:51","slug":"investigan-a-palomino-por-abuso-policiaco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2024\/12\/14\/investigan-a-palomino-por-abuso-policiaco\/","title":{"rendered":"INVESTIGAN A PALOMINO POR ABUSO POLICIACO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Carlos Garc\u00eda\/Foto: \u00c1gora\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-<\/em><\/strong>La Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Paz investiga la presunta participaci\u00f3n del comisario de la Regi\u00f3n IV de las Fuerzas de Seguridad P\u00fablica del Estado (FSPE), Christian Eduardo Morales Palomino, en la golpiza contra dos j\u00f3venes del municipio de Celaya, a quienes se les oblig\u00f3 a besarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hecho fue documentado en un video, que data del a\u00f1o 2020, cuando Morales Palomino era coordinador operativo de la Polic\u00eda de Celaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?height=316&href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FKualiNoticias%2Fvideos%2F954894869824230%2F&show_text=false&width=560&t=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"316\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowFullScreen=\"true\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe ha iniciado una investigaci\u00f3n interna con respecto a la difusi\u00f3n de un video que circula en redes sociales, en el que presuntamente participa un elemento de las Fuerzas de Seguridad P\u00fablica del Estado\u201d, difundi\u00f3 la dependencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reconoce que el video documenta el actuar de polic\u00edas de Celaya que no se apegan a los principios rectores del gobierno del Estado de Guanajuato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAunque el video es de fecha anterior a su ingreso -de Eduardo Morales Palomino- a nuestra corporaci\u00f3n y no se confirma de manera clara su identidad, ni participaci\u00f3n directa, esta Secretar\u00eda toma con absoluta seriedad el caso y ha determinado llevar a cabo una investigaci\u00f3n exhaustiva para determinar cualquier posible responsabilidad\u201d, puntualiza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Paz reiter\u00f3 que las \u201cconductas\u201d -los golpes y las humillaciones- &nbsp;&nbsp;son absolutamente inaceptables, contrarias al esp\u00edritu y valores de de la dependencia, que tiene como misi\u00f3n es proteger a los ciudadanos y respetar los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn caso de que la investigaci\u00f3n confirme cualquier participaci\u00f3n, se proceder\u00e1 con las sanciones legales correspondientes\u201d, adelant\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad de Celaya se deslind\u00f3 de los abusos y humillaciones cometidos por ex polic\u00edas municipales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u201cLos involucrados pertenecieron a un grupo de polic\u00edas que se incorporaron a finales del 2019 y a mediados del 2020 y actualmente no laboran en el municipio\u201d, precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Carlos Garc\u00eda\/Foto: \u00c1gora\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-La Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Paz investiga la presunta participaci\u00f3n del comisario de la Regi\u00f3n IV de las Fuerzas de Seguridad P\u00fablica del Estado (FSPE), Christian Eduardo Morales Palomino, en la golpiza contra dos j\u00f3venes del municipio de Celaya, a quienes se les oblig\u00f3 a besarse.
