{"id":156181,"date":"2024-10-04T14:55:00","date_gmt":"2024-10-04T20:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=156181"},"modified":"2024-10-05T07:37:19","modified_gmt":"2024-10-05T13:37:19","slug":"regularizan-30-colonias-de-leon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2024\/10\/04\/regularizan-30-colonias-de-leon\/","title":{"rendered":"REGULARIZAN 30 COLONIAS DE LE\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Kuali\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-<\/em><\/strong>El Instituto Municipal de Vivienda de Le\u00f3n (IMUVI) regulariz\u00f3 30 colonias irregulares donde viven m\u00e1s de 22 mil personas y el Ayuntamiento aprob\u00f3 la producci\u00f3n social de vivienda en Villas del Campo II.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presidenta municipal de Le\u00f3n, Alejandra Guti\u00e9rrez Campos, reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo de quienes integran el Consejo del IMUVI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHa sido hist\u00f3rico, hoy aprobamos la n\u00famero 30, hasta el \u00faltimo momento seguimos regularizando; son 30 asentamientos, aunque el n\u00famero no dice lo que representa este proceso en la calidad de vida de la gente\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El director general del IMUVI, Pablo Elizondo, destac\u00f3 el verdadero significado de la regularizaci\u00f3n, porque a partir de este proceso, se abre la posibilidad de introducir servicios b\u00e1sicos como: agua potable, drenaje, pavimentaci\u00f3n, sistema de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica y recolecci\u00f3n de basura, entre otros beneficios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs tambi\u00e9n brindarles tranquilidad, que duerman tranquilos sabiendo que tienen la propiedad para poder dej\u00e1rselos a sus hijos o a quienes ellos consideren y que ese patrimonio estar\u00e1 siempre bajo su resguardo\u201d, precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El funcionario municipal, inform\u00f3 que la meta del pr\u00f3ximo trienio ser\u00e1 alcanzar la regularizaci\u00f3n de otros 30 asentamientos irregulares, no obstante, destac\u00f3 que la labor del IMUVI ser\u00e1 primordialmente, frenar la proliferaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s terrenos que no cuenten con la certeza jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de campa\u00f1as de difusi\u00f3n para evitar que las y los leoneses sean presas de enga\u00f1os al comprar lotes, terrenos o casas edificadas en zonas irregulares, adem\u00e1s de la producci\u00f3n de vivienda social y la asesor\u00eda del personal del IMUVI para que la ciudadan\u00eda, antes de adquirir un predio, se acerque a las oficinas o a trav\u00e9s de redes sociales, y conozca el estatus del predio, terreno o vivienda que desea adquirir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los invit\u00f3 a acercarse a las oficinas del IMUVI en bulevar Torres Landa 1701-C predio El Tlacuache, de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 15:30 horas, o bien, comunicarse a trav\u00e9s de la l\u00ednea 477-7145051.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los puntos que se regularizaron este trienio son: Cerrito Amarillo I, II, III y IV; Lomas de la Paz I, II y III; Para\u00edso II, III, IV, V y VI; Cerrito de la Joya II; Brisas del Sol I y II.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed como Camino Real de la Joya, Los Naranjos, Loma Griega, La Espa\u00f1ola, Parcela 85 San Carlos, Villas de Santa Luc\u00eda II, Parcela 161 La Joya, Lomas de Contreras II, El Recuerdo y Lomas del Pedregal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de Villas de San Jacinto, La Selva de Ibarrilla, Ampliaci\u00f3n San Bernardo parcela 50 y parcela 51, y Villas del Campo II.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos 30 asentamientos suman un total de 5 mil 731 lotes ocupados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe mencionar que hay registro de personas que ten\u00edan m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os asentados, sin certeza jur\u00eddica y sin contar de manera regular con los servicios b\u00e1sicos.<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Kuali\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-El Instituto Municipal de Vivienda de Le\u00f3n (IMUVI) regulariz\u00f3 30 colonias irregulares donde viven m\u00e1s de 22 mil personas y el Ayuntamiento aprob\u00f3 la producci\u00f3n social de vivienda en Villas del Campo II.
