No es legal\u201d, sostuvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En entrevista a su llegada a la casa de transici\u00f3n, indic\u00f3 que la suspensi\u00f3n definitiva que la jueza Martha Maga\u00f1a contra la discusi\u00f3n y aprobaci\u00f3n de la reforma \u201cno tiene ning\u00fan sustento\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cQuien tiene que decidir la reforma constitucional son los diputados y los senadores y, como dice la Constituci\u00f3n desde el 39, la soberan\u00eda reside en el pueblo. Pero adem\u00e1s, el \u00fanico que tiene atribuci\u00f3n para cambiar la Constituci\u00f3n es el Constituyente, que en nuestro pa\u00eds son dos terceras partes de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados y de Senadores y las mayor\u00edas que corresponden en los congresos locales. Hay que permitir que pase la voluntad popular, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras se llevan a cabo las consultas en la Corte, a petici\u00f3n de Norma Pi\u00f1a, para analizar si este tribunal tiene facultades para dictar medidas cautelares que suspendan el proceso legislativo sobre la reforma al Poder Judicial, Sheinbaum se mostr\u00f3 confiada en que no hay nada que detenga el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cQue se re\u00fana el Senado para debatir sobre estas modificaciones\u201d, manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-\u00bfNota desesperaci\u00f3n por parte de los ministros ante lo que ya es inminente?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-No s\u00e9 si es desesperaci\u00f3n. Ellos est\u00e1n en contra, pero aqu\u00ed es la voluntad del pueblo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-\u00bfYa no van a poder hacer nada para echarla para atr\u00e1s?<br>No, ya no. Esa es la voluntad, la decisi\u00f3n de la gente, el 2 de junio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijo que los senadores Morena \u201cya est\u00e1n decidiendo c\u00f3mo van a resolver\u201d para tener el voto que les falta para la mayor\u00eda calificada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-\u00bfEst\u00e1 confiada que no hay posibilidad de echar para atr\u00e1s la reforma?<br>-No, no hay posibilidad de echar para atr\u00e1s la reforma, esa fue la decisi\u00f3n del pueblo de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAdem\u00e1s nadie tiene por qu\u00e9 preocuparse. El que los jueces, los ministros y magistrados sean electos por el pueblo es mejor para M\u00e9xico. Eso significa m\u00e1s democracia, m\u00e1s independencia del Poder Judicial\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como lo he explicado, abund\u00f3, \u201cla manera en que se van a elegir para ser votados es a trav\u00e9s de una convocatoria amplia. Es lo mejor que puede pasarle al pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre las preocupaciones del embajador de Estados Unidos, Ken Salazar, sobre la reforma, reiter\u00f3 que M\u00e9xico es soberano , independiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCreo que ayer declar\u00f3 que de todas maneras no hay problema, porque va a seguir la relaci\u00f3n comercial\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sheinbaum sostiene reuniones privadas con parte de su equipo.
