Ayuntamiento de Pur\u00edsima del Rinc\u00f3n,\u00a0 de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato al regidor Salvador Cruz Villegas, por acumular tres faltas consecutivas injustificadas y ausentarse m\u00e1s de un mes, sin aviso, genera incertidumbre en el Municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ayuntamiento no ha recibido el dictamen oficial, solo se conoce lo publicado en medios de comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Benjam\u00edn Rodr\u00edguez Cruz, Secretario del ayuntamiento, apoyado en la Ley Org\u00e1nica Municipal, ratific\u00f3 que \u00e9sta establece que debe promoverse ante el congreso del estado la baja del regidor que sin previo aviso justificado, se ausente, y con toda legalidad se procedi\u00f3 a la solicitud en noviembre de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debe puntualizarse y hacemos de conocimiento p\u00fablico que el ayuntamiento env\u00edo todas las pruebas necesarias que requiri\u00f3 el congreso, lo que incluye, desde las convocatorias a sesiones, el acuerdo formal de cu\u00e1ndo son las sesiones ordinarias cada mes y actas de sesi\u00f3n en las cuales se evidencian las inasistencias por parte del regidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSin embargo, el regidor ha manifestado que -se le quer\u00eda afectar con falsos se\u00f1alamientos-, justificaci\u00f3n que queda a su responsabilidad p\u00fablica y su formaci\u00f3n de conciencia c\u00edvica, \u00e9l sabe personalmente, de sus hechos, su desempe\u00f1o en el `cumplimiento\u00b4 de sus deberes como servidor p\u00fablico, que ha sido contrario, y probado documentalmente\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Jos\u00e9 Benjam\u00edn Rodr\u00edguez Cruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La confianza que la poblaci\u00f3n deposita en sus representantes se basa en la transparencia y la integridad, \u201cy es por ello&nbsp; llamamos a trabajar para garantizar estos principios\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cRespetamos la resoluci\u00f3n del congreso del estado, pero consideramos importante que la comunidad est\u00e9 informada de los hechos. En Pur\u00edsima del Rinc\u00f3n se atiende y se sigue el cumplimiento de la Ley Org\u00e1nica Municipal atendiendo a la legalidad.&nbsp; Lo que sigue es analizar los argumentos con que procedieron los diputados del congreso del estado, una vez que se reciba el dictamen\u201d,se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Reglamentos, Lourdes Eugenia P\u00e9rez Guzm\u00e1n, agreg\u00f3 que \u201cresulta un desconcierto total la resoluci\u00f3n del congreso, desautorizando al ayuntamiento.
