{"id":141823,"date":"2024-04-26T15:26:00","date_gmt":"2024-04-26T21:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=141823"},"modified":"2024-04-27T07:13:37","modified_gmt":"2024-04-27T13:13:37","slug":"ejerce-ieeg-violencia-politica-de-genero-botello","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2024\/04\/26\/ejerce-ieeg-violencia-politica-de-genero-botello\/","title":{"rendered":"EJERCE IEEG VIOLENCIA POL\u00cdTICA DE G\u00c9NERO: BOTELLO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Sandra Flores\/Guanajuato, Gto.-<\/em><\/strong>El Instituto Electoral del Estado de Guanajuato (IEEG) discrimina y ejerce violencia pol\u00edtica de g\u00e9nero por que solo centraron el debate \u201cen las acciones afirmativas de mi formula\u201d para rechazarla, acus\u00f3 la abanderada de Morena a una diputaci\u00f3n local plurinominal, B\u00e1rbara Botello Santib\u00e1\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAcudiremos a los \u00f3rganos legales correspondientes ya que es la v\u00eda que tenemos los ciudadanos cuando no estamos de acuerdo con las resoluciones de este tipo, pues consideramos que resolvieron con desconocimiento, parcialidad y violencia pol\u00edtica\u201d, anunci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acus\u00f3 a la presidenta del IEGG, Brenda Canchola Elizarrar\u00e1s, de conducirse con un gran desaseo y sin imparcialidad. Morena postul\u00f3 a B\u00e1rbara Botello en una posici\u00f3n para una persona ind\u00edgena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La morenista reproch\u00f3 que en el IEEG nunca le hicieron requerimientos ante su postulaci\u00f3n y el instituto afirma que lo hizo a trav\u00e9s de Morena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDesconocemos si esas notificaciones se hicieron en tiempo y forma porque el partido tampoco nos notific\u00f3 nada. Adem\u00e1s, es importante decir que la \u00fanica acci\u00f3n afirmativa cuestionada en toda la sesi\u00f3n y de todas las listas de candidaturas presentadas fue la nuestra, por lo que es clara la discriminaci\u00f3n y violencia pol\u00edtica hacia nosotras\u201d, sostuvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Suprema Corte de Justicia ha se\u00f1alado que no es necesario estar adscrito a una comunidad ind\u00edgena, pues &nbsp;de acuerdo a la Constituci\u00f3n se permite que toda persona se auto adscriba como ind\u00edgena, refiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEsto es que su sola manifestaci\u00f3n de voluntad y autoconciencia es suficiente para acceder a las medidas que el estado mexicano prev\u00e9 para este grupo,&nbsp; es decir que todos venimos de un origen ind\u00edgena multirracial, pero m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de eso, lo importante es que lo que se pide para poder postularse para representar a los pueblos ind\u00edgenas independientemente de la adscripci\u00f3n, es acreditar el trabajo y compromiso hacia esos sectores vulnerables como lo establece el Art. 24 del Acuerdo General del IEEG que para la postulaci\u00f3n de candidaturas de personas ind\u00edgenas a postular diputaciones locales por el principio de representaci\u00f3n proporcional\u201d, explic\u00f3 Botello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e1rbara Botello dijo que su lucha va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de tener un cargo p\u00fablico o una diputaci\u00f3n porque su trabajo ha sido y es por terminar con la injusticia que en todos lados existe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLo que podemos percibir en este proceso es un cochinero, ya que como decimos hay discriminaci\u00f3n y violencia de g\u00e9nero, porque la forma en que se revisaron los documentales que presentamos en comparaci\u00f3n con los dem\u00e1s candidatos de otros partidos pol\u00edticos sobre las acciones afirmativas no fue hecho bajo el principio de igualdad, la nuestra fue la que se someti\u00f3 a un minucioso escrutinio y es decir se midi\u00f3 con diferentes varas.
