{"id":139050,"date":"2024-03-20T17:38:00","date_gmt":"2024-03-20T23:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=139050"},"modified":"2024-03-20T17:39:43","modified_gmt":"2024-03-20T23:39:43","slug":"sentencian-al-sucesor-de-el-marro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2024\/03\/20\/sentencian-al-sucesor-de-el-marro\/","title":{"rendered":"SENTENCIAN AL SUCESOR DE &#8220;EL MARRO&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>La Jornada.- <\/em><\/strong>Un juez federal con sede en Guanajuato sentenci\u00f3 a 29 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n a Ad\u00e1n Gonz\u00e1lez, considerado el sucesor de Jos\u00e9 Antonio Yepez Ortiz, El Marro, en el C\u00e1rtel de Santa Rosa de Lima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR), dio a conocer la sentencia fue dictada al encontrar culpables a Gonz\u00e1lez y otro hombre identificado como Mart\u00edn Arvizu, de los delitos de delincuencia organizada, contra la salud, portaci\u00f3n de arma de fuego de uso exclusivo de las Fuerzas Armadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio P\u00fablico Federal inici\u00f3 la indagatoria en contra de los ahora sentenciados el 15 de octubre de 2020, luego de que las fiscal\u00eda del estado de Guanajuato declin\u00f3 su competencia en favor de las autoridades federales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ahora sentenciados fueron detenidos el 14 de octubre de 2020 por elementos de la Agencia de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal estatal, y les aseguraron un arma de fuego larga, tres tel\u00e9fonos celulares, una bolsa de pl\u00e1stico que conten\u00eda 239 gramos de metanfetamina y un veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Posteriormente, el Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Federaci\u00f3n (MPF), demostr\u00f3 en juicio oral que los procesados pertenecen a una organizaci\u00f3n criminal dedicada a cometer delitos bajo la perspectiva de la delincuencia organizada\", inform\u00f3 la FGR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese contexto, el juez federal dict\u00f3 sentencia condenatoria de 29 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n en contra de Ad\u00e1n Gonz\u00e1lez y le impuso el pago de una multa de 700 Unidades de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n; y dict\u00f3 de 19 a\u00f1os y 450 Unidades de Medida para Arvizu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"La Jornada.- Un juez federal con sede en Guanajuato sentenci\u00f3 a 29 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n a Ad\u00e1n Gonz\u00e1lez, considerado el sucesor de Jos\u00e9 Antonio Yepez Ortiz, El Marro, en el C\u00e1rtel de Santa Rosa de Lima.
