{"id":132568,"date":"2023-12-19T17:47:03","date_gmt":"2023-12-19T23:47:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=132568"},"modified":"2023-12-19T19:35:54","modified_gmt":"2023-12-20T01:35:54","slug":"no-hay-resultados-en-procuracion-de-justicia-abogados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2023\/12\/19\/no-hay-resultados-en-procuracion-de-justicia-abogados\/","title":{"rendered":"NO HAY RESULTADOS EN PROCURACI\u00d3N DE JUSTICIA: ABOGADOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Milagros Tadeo\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.- <\/strong>La presidenta del Colegio Estatal de Abogados de Guanajuato, Antonia Guti\u00e9rrez Ortega, cuestion\u00f3 el trabajo realizado en materia de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior lo declar\u00f3 al ser cuestionada en torno a las masacres registradas en Guanajuato durante las \u00faltimas semanas en Guanajuato, estado en el que consider\u00f3 la violencia se ha elevado en el estado como consecuencia de la falta de detenciones y enjuiciamiento de todas las personas y grupos delincuenciales que cometen los delitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNos gustar\u00eda que hubiera una mayor coordinaci\u00f3n entre todos los niveles de seguridad para que por lo menos, hubiera un poco m\u00e1s de tranquilidad para nosotros, los ciudadanos porque se abren muchas carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n y ah\u00ed se quedan, realmente no hay una procuraci\u00f3n de justicia donde se vean resultados de personas detenidas y enjuiciadas\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expres\u00f3 que en materia de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia a las autoridades les hace falta un poco m\u00e1s de dedicaci\u00f3n en sus funciones, situaci\u00f3n que ha propiciado que exista un mensaje de impunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antonia Guti\u00e9rrez advirti\u00f3 que s\u00ed el Estado no refuerza la estrategia de seguridad y s\u00ed no se garantiza la aplicaci\u00f3n de la ley en contra de quienes delinquen, est\u00e1n poniendo en riesgo el Estado de Derecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u201cAhorita no estamos en esa situaci\u00f3n de un Estado de Derecho fuera de control, considero que a\u00fan no, pero al paso que vamos siento que s\u00ed podemos llegar a esos extremos, por eso queremos que las autoridades desempe\u00f1en con mayor eficiencia las funciones que tienen encomendadas conforme a la ley\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consider\u00f3 que es grave que en Guanajuato se est\u00e9n registrando multihomicidios tan atroces pues estos hacen visible que no hay lugares seguros para los ciudadanos dentro del estado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Milagros Tadeo\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.- La presidenta del Colegio Estatal de Abogados de Guanajuato, Antonia Guti\u00e9rrez Ortega, cuestion\u00f3 el trabajo realizado en materia de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia.
