{"id":131963,"date":"2023-12-11T18:58:47","date_gmt":"2023-12-12T00:58:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=131963"},"modified":"2023-12-11T18:58:49","modified_gmt":"2023-12-12T00:58:49","slug":"denuncian-a-20-notarios-por-irregularidades-legales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2023\/12\/11\/denuncian-a-20-notarios-por-irregularidades-legales\/","title":{"rendered":"DENUNCIAN A 20 NOTARIOS POR IRREGULARIDADES LEGALES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Milagros Tadeo\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-<\/strong>&nbsp;La Direcci\u00f3n General de Registros P\u00fablicos de la Propiedad y Notar\u00edas de Guanajuato, ha recibido durante 2022 y 2023, un total de 280 denuncias por malas pr\u00e1cticas legales cometidas presuntamente por 20 notarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Subsecretario de Gobierno, Jose Luis Manrique Hern\u00e1ndez, detall\u00f3 que son 200 quejas las que pueden llegar a terminar en una sanci\u00f3n; que puede ser una amonestaci\u00f3n, multa, suspensi\u00f3n o revocaci\u00f3n del permiso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSiguen en curso, traemos en proceso varias quejas contra algunas notar\u00edas, es un proceso que est\u00e1 llevando la direcci\u00f3n de recursos p\u00fablicos y notar\u00edas. Estas quejas ya llevan un avance importante. Ya hemos desechado muchas quejas que por su naturaleza ya prescribieron y quejas que no fueron radicadas por no contar con los elementos necesarios\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que al existir entre los guanajuatenses, un mayor conocimiento sobre los derechos notariales, las quejas administrativas en contra de los notarios se han incrementado durante los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os (2022-2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, dio a conocer que la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno ha retirado 8 FIA, luego de comprobarse que actuaron por encima de la ley en la realizaci\u00f3n de ciertos tr\u00e1mites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo podemos dar muchos datos porque estos notarios siguen su proceso legal, la revocaci\u00f3n de 7 no est\u00e1 firme, de 1 s\u00ed.
