{"id":130653,"date":"2023-11-22T15:50:45","date_gmt":"2023-11-22T21:50:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=130653"},"modified":"2023-11-22T17:55:01","modified_gmt":"2023-11-22T23:55:01","slug":"aumentan-quejas-de-clientes-bancarios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2023\/11\/22\/aumentan-quejas-de-clientes-bancarios\/","title":{"rendered":"AUMENTAN QUEJAS DE CLIENTES BANCARIOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Milagros Tadeo\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-&nbsp;<\/strong>La&nbsp;Comisi\u00f3n Nacional para la Protecci\u00f3n y Defensa de los Usuarios de Servicios Financieros (CONDUSEF) en Guanajuato, report\u00f3 un incremento del 60% &nbsp;en lo que va de este 2023, en el n\u00famero de atenciones a usuarios de servicios financieros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La delegada de CONDUSEF en la entidad, Mariana Soto Blancas, inform\u00f3 que han recibido 12 mil quejas o reclamaciones, de las cuales el 70% de ellas, tienen que ver con cargos no reconocidos, &nbsp;transferencias no reconocidas y problemas con el Bur\u00f3 de Cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNos llegan m\u00e1s personas f\u00edsicas que morales, &nbsp;en torno a las reclamaciones. La mayor\u00eda de las reclamaciones son en tarjetas de d\u00e9bito y, en segundo lugar, de cr\u00e9dito\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Relaciono el incremento, al desconocimiento es lo que ha propiciado que crezcan los delitos financieros, pues las personas proporcionan datos de sus cuentas, permiten que extra\u00f1os los ayuden en los cajeros o realizan pagos con sus tarjetas, sin cuidar que se haga buen uso de ellas en los establecimientos comerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo permitir ayuda en el cajero autom\u00e1tico, si recibimos una llamada del banco, decir que el banco nunca nos va a llamar para decirnos que tenemos cargos no reconocidos que es algo que frecuentemente pasa, les marcan y les dicen que tienen cargos y que necesitan bajar una aplicaci\u00f3n, que necesitan pasar c\u00f3digos, situaci\u00f3n que es mentira\u201d, resalt\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante esto, dijo que es importante que los usuarios de servicios financieros conozcan las medidas de seguridad para cuidar su patrimonio, raz\u00f3n por la cual pidi\u00f3 acercarse a la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional para la Protecci\u00f3n y Defensa de los Usuarios de Servicios Financieros (CONDUSEF), para aclarar cualquier duda y as\u00ed inhibir la posibilidad de que sean v\u00edctimas de un delito.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Milagros Tadeo\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-&nbsp;La&nbsp;Comisi\u00f3n Nacional para la Protecci\u00f3n y Defensa de los Usuarios de Servicios Financieros (CONDUSEF) en Guanajuato, report\u00f3 un incremento del 60% &nbsp;en lo que va de este 2023, en el n\u00famero de atenciones a usuarios de servicios financieros.
