{"id":129186,"date":"2023-10-29T16:40:00","date_gmt":"2023-10-29T22:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=129186"},"modified":"2023-10-29T17:16:50","modified_gmt":"2023-10-29T23:16:50","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-extorsionador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2023\/10\/29\/vinculan-a-proceso-a-extorsionador\/","title":{"rendered":"VINCULAN A PROCESO A EXTORSIONADOR"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Kuali\/Apaseo el Grande, Gto.-<\/em><\/strong>La Fiscal\u00eda General de Guanajuato (FGE) arrest\u00f3 a Leonardo Danuel acusado de extorsionar en el municipio de Apaseo el Grande. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los actos de investigaci\u00f3n procedieron a la denuncia por parte de las v\u00edctimas, fue entonces que la Unidad Especializada en Combate al Secuestro y a la Extorsi\u00f3n, logr\u00f3 obtener datos de prueba para identificar a LEONARDO DANIEL \u201cN\u201d, quien de acuerdo a la investigaci\u00f3n, en el mes de marzo de 2023, a trav\u00e9s de mensajes con alto contenido amenazante, exigi\u00f3 a sus v\u00edctimas la entrega de una fuerte suma de dinero. Ante las amenazas, los ofendidos entregaron el dinero y durante cuatro meses no volvieron a saber nada hasta el mes de julio, que recibieron nuevamente mensajes extorsivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con trabajo operativo de inteligencia, elementos de la Agencia de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal ubicaron y capturaron al presunto delincuente, quien fue presentado ante la autoridad jurisdiccional y vinculado a proceso penal por el delito de extorsi\u00f3n agravada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Kuali\/Apaseo el Grande, Gto.-La Fiscal\u00eda General de Guanajuato (FGE) arrest\u00f3 a Leonardo Danuel acusado de extorsionar en el municipio de Apaseo el Grande.
