{"id":128830,"date":"2023-10-24T17:01:00","date_gmt":"2023-10-24T23:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=128830"},"modified":"2023-10-24T18:02:53","modified_gmt":"2023-10-25T00:02:53","slug":"respalda-galvez-a-trabajadores-del-poder-judicial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2023\/10\/24\/respalda-galvez-a-trabajadores-del-poder-judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"RESPALDA G\u00c1LVEZ A TRABAJADORES DEL PODER JUDICIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Kuali\/Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.-<\/em><\/strong>La responsable del Frente Amplio por M\u00e9xico (FAM), X\u00f3chitl G\u00e1lvez Ruiz, acompa\u00f1ada por senadoras y senadores del PRI, PAN y PRD, se solidariz\u00f3 con trabajadores del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (PJF), quienes exigen respeto a sus derechos laborales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de salir del recinto legislativo, rodeada de trabajadores afectados, G\u00e1lvez Ruiz asegur\u00f3 que los legisladores de oposici\u00f3n dar\u00e1n la pelea porque los derechos laborales de cualquier trabajador no se tocan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s tarde, en conferencia de prensa, la senadora se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la desaparici\u00f3n de los fideicomisos del Poder Judicial es un atentado del Gobierno federal porque no tiene que ver con los ministros, sino que violenta y agrede los derechos de los trabajadores para chantajear a las ministras y ministros de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl verdadero objetivo de Morena es pavimentar el camino para destruir las instituciones que sostienen la democracia en nuestro pa\u00eds e imponer a Sheinbaum por la fuerza. As\u00ed lo intent\u00f3 con el INE y ahora lo hace en contra del Poder Judicial\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saben, dijo, que no ganar\u00e1n en las urnas, porque las calles del pa\u00eds han sido tomadas por la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl gobierno se est\u00e1 llevando el dinero para que a los mexicanos no les hagan justicia, y cuando no hay justicia todos perdemos. Extinguir estos fideicomisos es para seguir alimentando el \u2018cochinito\u2019 de Sheinbaum\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Record\u00f3, entre otros casos, las decisiones justas de la Suprema Corte para que los padres de los ni\u00f1os con c\u00e1ncer obtuvieran tratamiento para sus hijos y para evitar los despojos a las comunidades y pueblos ind\u00edgenas en el sureste del pa\u00eds por la construcci\u00f3n del Tren Maya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs el Poder Judicial el que acompa\u00f1a de manera cotidiana a millones de mexicanos que est\u00e1n indefensos ante el autoritarismo, pareciera que no importa, claro que importa.
