{"id":127330,"date":"2023-10-02T19:55:49","date_gmt":"2023-10-03T01:55:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=127330"},"modified":"2023-10-02T19:55:50","modified_gmt":"2023-10-03T01:55:50","slug":"esperan-alza-en-ocupacion-hotelera-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2023\/10\/02\/esperan-alza-en-ocupacion-hotelera-2\/","title":{"rendered":"ESPERAN ALZA EN OCUPACI\u00d3N HOTELERA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Milagros Tadeo\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.- <\/em><\/strong>El presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Hoteles y Moteles de Le\u00f3n, Eduardo Bujaidar Mu\u00f1oz, dio a conocer que para el cierre de este a\u00f1o esperan llegar al 42% de ocupaci\u00f3n, respecto a las 9 mil habitaciones que se ofertan el municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coment\u00f3 que son los meses de octubre, noviembre y diciembre los que mayor expectativa generan en el sector hotelero, dado el desarrollo de eventos como el Festival Internacional Cervantino en la capital del estado y el Festival Internacional del Globo en Le\u00f3n, as\u00ed como conciertos y otras actividades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl cierre de a\u00f1o levanta una expectativa importante para el sector hotelero y de reuniones, este \u00faltimo trimestre es el m\u00e1s fuerte. La expectativa es llegar al 42% de ocupaci\u00f3n, que ser\u00eda muy importante. Aunque vamos a tener que hacer un esfuerzo mayor para poder lograrlo\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque se dijo confiado en poder lograr una buena ocupaci\u00f3n hotelera en este cierre de a\u00f1o, dijo que los m\u00e1s de 100 hoteles de la ciudad, van a realizar mayores esfuerzos para poder llegar al 42% de la ocupaci\u00f3n; para lo que estar\u00e1n dise\u00f1ando paquetes especiales para incentivar a los visitantes y turistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa idea no es bajar tarifas porque estamos en un proceso de recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica sino m\u00e1s bien, vamos a buscar incluir en la tarifa algunas otras amenidades o ciertas promociones que hagan m\u00e1s atractiva la ciudad.
