{"id":125862,"date":"2023-09-08T13:49:00","date_gmt":"2023-09-08T19:49:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=125862"},"modified":"2023-09-08T22:51:47","modified_gmt":"2023-09-09T04:51:47","slug":"generan-enfermedades-respiratorias-cambios-de-temperatura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2023\/09\/08\/generan-enfermedades-respiratorias-cambios-de-temperatura\/","title":{"rendered":"GENERAN ENFERMEDADES RESPIRATORIAS CAMBIOS DE TEMPERATURA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Kuali\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-<\/em><\/strong>El Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) en Guanajuato recomiend\u00f3 a los diab\u00e9ticos a protegerse de enfermedades respiratorias, adem\u00e1s de mantener bajo control la enfermedad, sobre todo ante los cambios de temperatura que se han presentado en la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLo mejor para las personas que padecen diabetes mellitus es atender las recomendaciones que emite el personal m\u00e9dico del Instituto, por ejemplo, mantener en control las cifras de glucosa en sangre, indic\u00f3 el doctor \u00c1ngel Arnulfo Vargas Morales, coordinador de Salud P\u00fablica del IMSS en Guanajuato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coment\u00f3 que, el Seguro Social en Guanajuato registr\u00f3 el a\u00f1o pasado a 197 mil pacientes con diabetes mellitus, de los cuales 140 mil 700 se encuentran en tratamiento, por lo que, es importante que las personas que cursan con la enfermedad acudan regularmente a su Unidad de Medicina Familiar (UMF) de adscripci\u00f3n a consultas de seguimiento y los estudios correspondientes, para recibir indicaciones del personal de salud y, as\u00ed controlar el padecimiento y evitar complicaciones severas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el objetivo de tomar precauciones y prevenir las enfermedades respiratorias, recomend\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n no asistir a lugares concurridos y priorizar los espacios bien ventilados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, mencion\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n es vital mantener una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable y no ingerir comidas con alto nivel cal\u00f3rico, para lo cual las personas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>derechohabientes deben acudir al servicio de Nutrici\u00f3n del Seguro Social para recibir orientaci\u00f3n al respecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El doctor Vargas Morales resalt\u00f3 que hacer ejercicio tambi\u00e9n contribuye a mejor estado de salud, por lo que invit\u00f3 a este grupo de poblaci\u00f3n a realizar actividad f\u00edsica, acorde a su edad y con supervisi\u00f3n m\u00e9dica previa para no caer en riesgos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retom\u00f3 el tema de la prevenci\u00f3n ante las infecciones respiratorias diciendo que hay que usar correctamente el cubrebocas en los espacios que as\u00ed lo ameriten, lavar las manos con agua y jab\u00f3n o utilizar alcohol en gel, toser o estornudar en el antebrazo, desinfectar las superficies, mantener los espacios ventilados y completar los esquemas de vacunaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Kuali\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-El Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) en Guanajuato recomiend\u00f3 a los diab\u00e9ticos a protegerse de enfermedades respiratorias, adem\u00e1s de mantener bajo control la enfermedad, sobre todo ante los cambios de temperatura que se han presentado en la entidad. \u201cLo mejor para las personas que padecen diabetes mellitus es atender las recomendaciones que emite [&hellip;]","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":125865,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_seopress_robots_primary_cat":"none","_seopress_titles_title":"","_seopress_titles_desc":"","_seopress_robots_index":"","_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[7],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-125862","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-salud"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
