{"id":125408,"date":"2023-09-01T15:35:00","date_gmt":"2023-09-01T21:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=125408"},"modified":"2023-09-01T17:41:10","modified_gmt":"2023-09-01T23:41:10","slug":"arrestan-a-asesino-de-un-vigilante","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2023\/09\/01\/arrestan-a-asesino-de-un-vigilante\/","title":{"rendered":"ARRESTAN A ASESINO DE UN VIGILANTE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Kuali\/Le\u00f3n, Gto<\/em><\/strong>.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado inform\u00f3 que arrestaron a Diego Armando y fue vinculado a proceso penal por asesinar a balazos a un guardia de seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hombre conocido como  \u201cEl G\u00fcero\u201d tambi\u00e9n es acusado de tentativa de homicidio en contra del  sobrino de la v\u00edctima, quienes fueron v\u00edctimas de un ataque con arma de fuego, el pasado 07 de marzo de este a\u00f1o, en el municipio de Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos se suscitaron alrededor de las 18:30 horas, en el camino de terracer\u00eda que conduce al camino antiguo Le\u00f3n-San Felipe, en la comunidad de Media Luna; \u201cEl G\u00fcero\u201d fue sorprendido robando herramienta utilizada en un campo de cultivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al tratar de detenerlo, se suscit\u00f3 un forceje\u00f3 en el que Santiago, vigilante del lugar, fue despojado del arma a su cargo y con la misma, \u201cEl G\u00fcero\u201d le dispar\u00f3 mantandolo y lesionando a la otra persona.a Unidad de Homicidios esclareci\u00f3 el crimen al identificar al presunto criminal y reunir los indicios que una vez analizados en laboratorio y gabinete, fueron presentados como datos de prueba ante un Juez, quien orden\u00f3 que fuera enviado a prisi\u00f3n mientras se determina su sentencia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Kuali\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado inform\u00f3 que arrestaron a Diego Armando y fue vinculado a proceso penal por asesinar a balazos a un guardia de seguridad.
