{"id":122058,"date":"2023-07-10T15:21:20","date_gmt":"2023-07-10T21:21:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=122058"},"modified":"2023-07-10T15:21:21","modified_gmt":"2023-07-10T21:21:21","slug":"ilegal-construccion-de-hospital-veterinario-morena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2023\/07\/10\/ilegal-construccion-de-hospital-veterinario-morena\/","title":{"rendered":"ILEGAL, CONSTRUCCI\u00d3N DE HOSPITAL VETERINARIO: MORENA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Carlos Garc\u00eda\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-<\/em><\/strong> El gobierno panista de Le\u00f3n no tiene facultades legales para construir un hospital p\u00fablico para mascotas, obra que es un capricho de la alcaldesa, Alejandra Guti\u00e9rrez Campos, acusaron el diputado de Morena, Ernesto Mill\u00e1n Soberanes; la regidora morenista, Gabriela Echeverr\u00eda Gonz\u00e1lez; y la ex alcaldesa de Le\u00f3n, B\u00e1rbara Botello Santib\u00e1\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo hay una sola ley o reglamento que faculte al Ayuntamiento de Le\u00f3n a construir un Hospital P\u00fablico Veterinario\u201d, afirmaron al momento de retar a Guti\u00e9rrez Campos a que mencione el marco legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calificaron a la obra como un capricho \u201cbien intencionado\u201d de la alcaldesa, \u201cpero no se puede gobernar con ocurrencias personales, fuera del marco legal\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la obra ser\u00e1n invertidos 46 millones de pesos y, el martes, la presidenta municipal y rescatista de perros colocar\u00e1 la primera piedra del hospital veterinario, que estar\u00e1 ubicado entre el eje Metropolitano y el bulevar Delta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 20 de enero del 2022, el gobierno de Le\u00f3n realiz\u00f3 una votaci\u00f3n para que la ciudadan\u00eda eligiera varias obras.&nbsp; Dos mil 195 personas votaron por el Hospital P\u00fablico Veterinario: mil 792 para el programa de conectividad rural; y mil 500 para la ampliaci\u00f3n del Malec\u00f3n del R\u00edo, donde fueron talados 63 \u00e1rboles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los tres pol\u00edticos de Morena aseguraron que con la construcci\u00f3n del nosocomio se incurre en los delitos como abuso de autoridad y uso il\u00edcito de atribuciones o facultades, as\u00ed como en faltas administrativas que pueden derivar en inhabilitaciones para ocupar cargos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPor eso desde aqu\u00ed queremos pedirle a la presidenta municipal que evite violar la ley y la comisi\u00f3n de delitos y faltas administrativas graves.
