La mezcla fue preparada con mil 300 kilos de&nbsp;fresa molida, adem\u00e1s de hielo&nbsp;y endulzante.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta preparaci\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 la obtenci\u00f3n del R\u00e9cord Guinness mediante el patrocinio de la empresa Tonic World Center S.A. de C.V., que preside Abigail Ram\u00edrez, con la participaci\u00f3n de personal de la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Sanitaria VI, as\u00ed como profesorado y estudiantes de Ingenier\u00eda en Alimentos de la Universidad de Guanajuato (UG).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el INFORUM de Irapuato, se instal\u00f3 la jarra de 2.90 metros de altura y 2.30 metros de di\u00e1metro para la preparaci\u00f3n del agua de fresa m\u00e1s grande del mundo, cuyo r\u00e9cord lo ten\u00eda Brasil con 9,300 litros.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alfredo Arista Rueda, el adjudicador de Guinness World Records, supervis\u00f3 el proceso de manera virtual. Asimismo, supervisaron seis especialistas: dos profesores de la Universidad de Guanajuato especialistas en el \u00e1rea de ingenier\u00eda que validaron el funcionamiento del sistema; dos especialistas en alimentos de la Universidad de Guanajuato y dos especialistas en el manejo higi\u00e9nico de los alimentos de la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Sanitaria en&nbsp;Irapuato.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el \u00e1rea de proceso y log\u00edstica de la repartici\u00f3n del agua de fresa se cont\u00f3 con el apoyo de 60 estudiantes del programa de Ingenier\u00eda en Alimentos, de la Divisi\u00f3n de Ciencias de la Vida de la UG, que formaron parte del equipo de trabajo conformado por alrededor de 200 personas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La asesora t\u00e9cnica del proyecto fue la Dra. Ma. del Rosario Abraham Ju\u00e1rez, profesora del programa de Ingenier\u00eda en Alimentos, quien coordin\u00f3 el trabajo en la preparaci\u00f3n del agua de fresa, con apoyo del Dr. Israel Enrique Herrera D\u00edaz, profesor del programa de Ingenier\u00eda Agr\u00f3nica del Campus Irapuato \u2013 Salamanca y por el Dr. Joel Everardo Valtierra Olivares, coordinador del programa de Ingenier\u00eda en Minas del Campus Guanajuato.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previamente, las y los estudiantes universitarios inscritos en este proyecto, recibieron capacitaci\u00f3n por parte de la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Sanitaria VI, para cumplir con los est\u00e1ndares de seguridad e higiene en la preparaci\u00f3n de bebidas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Irapuato, en el a\u00f1o 2020 ya se hab\u00eda logrado el R\u00e9cord Guinness con el tarro de mermelada de fresa m\u00e1s grande del mundo.
