La cocina de Guanajuato es multisensorial. En el Vi\u00f1edo San Miguel, ubicado en el municipio de Comonfort, 200 comensales \u201ctocaron\u201d el Cielo y la Tierra con platillos elaborados por el chef David Quevedo -en colaboraci\u00f3n con 4 cocineras tradicionales-, los cuales se maridaron con bebidas guanajuatenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El s\u00e1bado pasado, 22 de abril, se inaugur\u00f3 la primera edici\u00f3n del Festival del Vino \u201cCielo y Tierra\u201d, evento que impuls\u00f3 el segmento gastron\u00f3mico y enol\u00f3gico, reactivando la econom\u00eda, fortaleciendo el empleo y el desarrollo regional de Comonfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En representaci\u00f3n de Juan Jos\u00e9 \u00c1lvarez Brunel, secretario de Turismo del Estado de Guanajuato, Lupita Robles Le\u00f3n, subsecretaria de Promoci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica, estuvo presente en el corte de list\u00f3n de este festival 100% familiar, en compa\u00f1\u00eda de Claudio Santoyo Cabello, alcalde de Comonfort; y del sector tur\u00edstico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guanajuato se distingue por el trabajo en equipo. En esta primera edici\u00f3n, el chef David Quevedo comparti\u00f3 cocina con las cocineras tradiciones: Mar\u00eda del Consuelo Venancio Mesita, Elizabet Jaramillo Cofrad\u00edas, Celia Ju\u00e1rez Loma y Alicia S\u00e1nchez Capul\u00edn, y el resultado un exquisito men\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"596\" src=\"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/COMONFORT-2-1024x596.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-117255\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/COMONFORT-2-1024x596.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/COMONFORT-2-300x175.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/COMONFORT-2-768x447.jpg 768w, https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/COMONFORT-2-199x116.jpg 199w, https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/COMONFORT-2.jpg 1289w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En el primer tiempo se sirvi\u00f3 shonguitos; el segundo tiempo fue un taco de costilla de cerdo en salsa de jitomate; en el tercer tiempo se prepar\u00f3 un filete de cerdo sobre espejo de pipi\u00e1n; el cuarto tiempo fue una panacota de pinole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada tiempo fue acompa\u00f1ado con las siguientes bebidas guanajuatenses: agua de aguacate, syrah blanco de vi\u00f1edo San Miguel, vino tinto etiqueta Latiendo de vi\u00f1edo San Miguel, c\u00f3ctel de frutos rojos con vino rosado de vi\u00f1edo San Miguel, respectivamente. Dicho maridaje fue bien aceptado por asistentes procedentes de San Miguel Allende, Celaya y Le\u00f3n, y del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCielo y Tierra\u201d se enriqueci\u00f3 con exhibiciones art\u00edsticas y pictogr\u00e1fica de Comonfort, talleres y actividades interactivas y un concierto de rock sinf\u00f3nico No War.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los asistentes tuvieron la oportunidad de adquirir productos guanajuatenses de 12 artesanos como: productos Lem\u00b4s, mezcalpilla, Mezcal Artesanal Morolayon, Luz del D\u00eda Mezcaler\u00eda, Mezcal Salvaje Tentaci\u00f3n, Productos Bombon-Life, Artesan\u00edas Quintero (Molcajetero), Mois\u00e9s Aguado Cruz (Molcajetes Chamacuero), Artesan\u00edas de fibra de Ixtle, Artesan\u00edas de Bronce, Gomitas Santo, Yessica Alejandra accesorios<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, un operador tur\u00edstico de Comonfort brindo informaci\u00f3n de dicho Pueblo M\u00e1gico del Estado de Guanajuato, durante recorridos por el vi\u00f1edo San Miguel y las catas de vino y mezcal que se impartieron en el festival.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Kuali\/Comonfort, Gto.
