{"id":115990,"date":"2023-04-05T22:26:40","date_gmt":"2023-04-06T04:26:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=115990"},"modified":"2023-04-06T07:34:34","modified_gmt":"2023-04-06T13:34:34","slug":"denuncian-penalmente-a-santillana-por-desvio-de-recursos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2023\/04\/05\/denuncian-penalmente-a-santillana-por-desvio-de-recursos\/","title":{"rendered":"DENUNCIAN PENALMENTE A SANTILLANA POR DESV\u00cdO DE RECURSOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Carlos Garc\u00eda\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.-<\/em><\/strong> El ex alcalde panista de Le\u00f3n (2015-2021) y director del Puerto Interior, H\u00e9ctor Germ\u00e1n Ren\u00e9 L\u00f3pez Santillana, fue denunciado ante la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) por desv\u00edo de recursos p\u00fablicos y abuso de autoridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ex presidente municipal fue acusado de ocultar que, el 13 de septiembre del a\u00f1o 2016, su hija Paola L\u00f3pez Sol\u00eds choc\u00f3 un veh\u00edculo oficial cerca de la colonia Santa Teresa, en la carretera libre Guanajuato-Silao. La hija de L\u00f3pez Santillana iba acompa\u00f1ada de un escolta del gobierno de Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos fueron denunciados por la ex alcaldesa pri\u00edsta de Le\u00f3n (2012-2015), B\u00e1rbara Botello Santib\u00e1\u00f1ez. El Ministerio P\u00fablico (MP) integr\u00f3 la Carpeta de Investigaci\u00f3n 39975\/2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gobierno de Le\u00f3n siempre ocult\u00f3 que la hija de L\u00f3pez Santillana ten\u00eda asignado un carro oficial Aveo blanco, con placas de circulaci\u00f3n GSY4926, con el escolta y oficial de polic\u00eda, Mart\u00edn Ortega Gonz\u00e1lez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La aseguradora Latinoamericana \u201clevant\u00f3 el informe del siniestro bajo el n\u00famero 133156 en la cual se determin\u00f3 p\u00e9rdida total del veh\u00edculo\u201d, declar\u00f3 B\u00e1rbara Botello, quien present\u00f3 documentos para respaldar su denuncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paola L\u00f3pez no pod\u00eda tener veh\u00edculos oficiales, ni escoltas a su disposici\u00f3n porque no laboraba para el municipio y la ley no permit\u00eda que los presidentes dispusieran de recursos materiales y humanos para beneficiar a sus parientes, argument\u00f3 Botello ante el Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la querella se adjunt\u00f3 copia de la denuncia CM\/DA7INV-090\/2022 puesta, el tres de mayo del 2022, ante la Contralor\u00eda del actual gobierno panista de Le\u00f3n, que encabeza la alcaldesa Alejandra Guti\u00e9rrez Campos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 27 de enero de este a\u00f1o, la contralora Viridiana M\u00e1rquez Moreno, archiv\u00f3 la denuncia, pero B\u00e1rbara Botello present\u00f3 un recurso de inconformidad ante el Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa (TJA) y se orden\u00f3 la revocaci\u00f3n del archivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPor lo anterior solicito se inicie carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n por la comisi\u00f3n de los hechos delictuosos cometidos en agravio de la sociedad y el municipio, adem\u00e1s del patrimonio de los leoneses, toda vez que el veh\u00edculo oficial y el polic\u00eda o escolta, daba servicio a la hija del alcalde\u201d, declar\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Carlos Garc\u00eda\/Le\u00f3n, Gto.- El ex alcalde panista de Le\u00f3n (2015-2021) y director del Puerto Interior, H\u00e9ctor Germ\u00e1n Ren\u00e9 L\u00f3pez Santillana, fue denunciado ante la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) por desv\u00edo de recursos p\u00fablicos y abuso de autoridad.
