{"id":114603,"date":"2023-03-15T16:44:54","date_gmt":"2023-03-15T22:44:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=114603"},"modified":"2023-03-15T18:42:19","modified_gmt":"2023-03-16T00:42:19","slug":"investiga-prodheg-a-fge-por-el-caso-de-jair","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2023\/03\/15\/investiga-prodheg-a-fge-por-el-caso-de-jair\/","title":{"rendered":"INVESTIGA PRODHEG A FGE POR EL CASO DE JAIR"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Carlos Garc\u00eda\/Irapuato, Gto.-<\/em><\/strong> La Procuradur\u00eda de los Derechos Humanos del Estado de Guanajuato (Prodheg) investiga el actuar de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) en el caso de la privaci\u00f3n de la libertad y el asesinato de Jair Mart\u00ednez Gonz\u00e1lez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La familia del irapuatense denunci\u00f3 que ocho horas despu\u00e9s de que Jair fue privado de la libertad, por hombres armados y con equipo t\u00e1ctico, detectaron la ubicaci\u00f3n de su celular, pero la FGE actu\u00f3 30 horas despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEst\u00e1 abierta \u2013 la queja-, el d\u00eda de hoy se apertura, ayer tuve conocimiento, no puedo dar mayores detalles porque vamos iniciando\u201d, inform\u00f3 el ombudsman, Vicente Esqueda M\u00e9ndez, al finalizar la comparecencia del alcalde de San Diego de la Uni\u00f3n, ante la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Congreso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfLa queja fue por la lenta actuaci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Estuve en una entrevista y me toc\u00f3 escuchar una comunicaci\u00f3n directa con la hermana de la persona desaparecida donde se queja de algunas autoridades y ese fue el motivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfEs solo contra la Fiscal\u00eda o hay m\u00e1s autoridades?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Son m\u00e1s autoridades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que a\u00fan no notifican a la familia de Jair que integraron una queja por oficio para que vayan a ratificarla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cRecordemos el reglamento de la Procuradur\u00eda prev\u00e9 que en ciertos casos, a\u00fan y cuando no tengamos la ratificaci\u00f3n de familiares o v\u00edctimas indirectas, la queja puede seguirse de oficio sin ratificaciones\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Carlos Garc\u00eda\/Irapuato, Gto.- La Procuradur\u00eda de los Derechos Humanos del Estado de Guanajuato (Prodheg) investiga el actuar de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) en el caso de la privaci\u00f3n de la libertad y el asesinato de Jair Mart\u00ednez Gonz\u00e1lez.
