{"id":113360,"date":"2023-02-24T23:14:13","date_gmt":"2023-02-25T05:14:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=113360"},"modified":"2023-02-25T06:56:20","modified_gmt":"2023-02-25T12:56:20","slug":"defiende-carlos-garcia-al-tesorero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2023\/02\/24\/defiende-carlos-garcia-al-tesorero\/","title":{"rendered":"DEFIENDE CARLOS GARC\u00cdA AL TESORERO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Alicia Arias\/Silao de la Victoria, Gto.- &nbsp;<\/strong>\u201cNo hay delito que perseguir\u201d y \u201cno hay elementos para una sanci\u00f3n\u201d en contra del tesorero de Silao, H\u00e9ctor Mauricio Verver y Vargas Mart\u00ednez, por el presunto desv\u00edo de m\u00e1s de 4 millones de pesos, declar\u00f3 el presidente municipal de silao, el morenista Carlos Garc\u00eda Villase\u00f1or.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed lo declar\u00f3 en entrevista con los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n sobre las intenciones de la mayor\u00eda de los integrantes del Ayuntamiento de Silao para remover del cargo al tesorero mientras la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Guanajuato (FGEG) investiga un dep\u00f3sito de 4 millones 199 mil 999.99 pesos a la empresa Vialidades y Construcciones Tr\u00e9bol SA de CV para la construcci\u00f3n de un campo de golf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?height=314&href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FKualiNoticias%2Fvideos%2F911836719961137%2F&show_text=false&width=560&t=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowFullScreen=\"true\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>En un periodo de ocho d\u00edas la mayor\u00eda de los miembros del cabildo silaoense convoc\u00f3 a cinco sesiones con el objetivo de separar del cargo a Mauricio Verver mientras se investiga la acusaci\u00f3n por desv\u00edo de fondos hecha por el secretario del ayuntamiento, Rogelio Fabi\u00e1n Santoyo Guevara, quien interpuso la denuncia n\u00famero 18719\/2023 ante la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Combate Contra la Corrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo son las formas porque para destituir a un funcionario de primer nivel. Debe haber un fundamento suficiente y necesario para destituirlo\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el alcalde al explicar que, aunque no ha sido notificado sobre la ciada denuncia, la fiscal\u00eda estatal s\u00ed pregunt\u00f3 al gobierno que encabeza si existe la factura y si se depositaron los m\u00e1s de 4 millones de pesos a la empresa privada; y la respuesta fue \u201cque no\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEntonces, si no existe eso, pues no hay delito qu\u00e9 perseguir.
