{"id":107605,"date":"2022-11-17T18:17:07","date_gmt":"2022-11-18T00:17:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=107605"},"modified":"2022-11-17T18:17:09","modified_gmt":"2022-11-18T00:17:09","slug":"pretenden-cobrar-por-drenaje-pluvial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2022\/11\/17\/pretenden-cobrar-por-drenaje-pluvial\/","title":{"rendered":"PRETENDEN COBRAR POR DRENAJE PLUVIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Jeshael Rivera Villalon\/San Jos\u00e9 Iturbide, Gto.-<\/em><\/strong> Los servicios de drenaje pluvial y ambiental ecol\u00f3gico podr\u00edan ser cobrados en el municipio de San Jos\u00e9 Iturbide el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, revela la iniciativa de ley de ingresos para el 2023 aprobada por el Ayuntamiento de San Jos\u00e9 Iturbide<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe incorporan los servicios de drenaje pluvial y ambiental hidrol\u00f3gico con una propuesta de inversi\u00f3n del 2% de la facturaci\u00f3n del agua potable en cada uno\u201d, se establece en el documento relativos a los servicios del Sistema Municipal del Agua Potable y Alcantarillado (Smapa)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el cobro de los mismos, las autoridades aseguran tomar como base la Ley General de Cambio Clim\u00e1tico, la Ley de Aguas Nacionales, la Pol\u00edtica H\u00eddrica Nacional definida en la Ley de Aguas Nacionales y la Ley General de Equilibrio Ecol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Establecen la necesidad de destinar recursos para la conducci\u00f3n del agua de lluvia en la zona urbana, evitar su contaminaci\u00f3n y aprovecharla en un almacenamiento que permita la infiltraci\u00f3n y aprovechamiento de la misma para uso agr\u00edcola, as\u00ed como reducir los niveles de extracci\u00f3n del acu\u00edfero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs as\u00ed como la adici\u00f3n del cobro de estos dos servicios se propone en concordancia con preservar el ciclo hidrol\u00f3gico conforme a lo establecido en el C\u00f3digo Territorial para el Estado y los Municipios de Guanajuato\u201d, se agrega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el 2023 el Smapa tiene proyectada una extracci\u00f3n de 3 millones 783 mil 936 metros c\u00fabicos de agua y una facturaci\u00f3n de 46 millones 655 mil 667 pesos, aproximadamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con relaci\u00f3n a los dos nuevos conceptos, el estimado de ingresos es de poco m\u00e1s de 566 mil pesos por Drenaje Pluvial y 671 mil 024 pesos por el ambiental hidrol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro factor a considerar dentro de la propuesta de cobros para el siguiente a\u00f1o, es el establecer tarifas base variables acorde al consumo y que los mayores a 51 metros c\u00fabicos y hasta 100 tendr\u00edan que hacer un pago mayor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe propone para la Ley de Ingresos 2023 redistribuir un cinco por ciento de la cuota base de los usuarios en los consumos variables, ajustar las tarifas por consumos variables para que a mayor consumo sean incrementales en relaci\u00f3n con el metro c\u00fabico, disminuir las tablas de consumo hasta el metro c\u00fabico 50 y trasladar las tarifas de los consumos mayores a 100 metros c\u00fabicos a partir del metro c\u00fabico 51\u201d, se indica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De manera general, las autoridades aseguran que la estructura de cobros del organismo del agua potable es para \u201cmantener las tarifas de manera accesible\u201d para los usos dom\u00e9sticos, mixtos y en comunidad; y transferir los costos al mayor consumo como una medida que evite el uso no sustentable del agua y los efectos ecol\u00f3gicos adversos\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Jeshael Rivera Villalon\/San Jos\u00e9 Iturbide, Gto.- Los servicios de drenaje pluvial y ambiental ecol\u00f3gico podr\u00edan ser cobrados en el municipio de San Jos\u00e9 Iturbide el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, revela la iniciativa de ley de ingresos para el 2023 aprobada por el Ayuntamiento de San Jos\u00e9 Iturbide \u201cSe incorporan los servicios de drenaje pluvial y ambiental hidrol\u00f3gico [&hellip;]","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":80316,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_seopress_robots_primary_cat":"none","_seopress_titles_title":"","_seopress_titles_desc":"","_seopress_robots_index":"","_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-107605","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-politica"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
