{"id":107339,"date":"2022-11-14T19:52:35","date_gmt":"2022-11-15T01:52:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=107339"},"modified":"2022-11-14T20:27:03","modified_gmt":"2022-11-15T02:27:03","slug":"sin-registro-estatal-prd-y-pt-tienen-obligaciones-de-transparencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2022\/11\/14\/sin-registro-estatal-prd-y-pt-tienen-obligaciones-de-transparencia\/","title":{"rendered":"SIN REGISTRO ESTATAL, PRD Y PT TIENEN OBLIGACIONES DE TRANSPARENCIA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Alicia Arias\/Guanajuato, Gto.- <\/strong>Aunque perdieron el registro estatal como partidos pol\u00edticos, el PRD y el PT est\u00e1n obligados a proporcionar informaci\u00f3n porque conservan su registro nacional y reciben recursos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esa fue la respuesta que dio esta ma\u00f1ana en su sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria el Consejo General del Instituto Electoral del Estado de Guanajuato (IEEG), al director jur\u00eddico del Instituto de Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica para el Estado de Guanajuato (IACIP), quien realiz\u00f3 una consulta a la autoridad electoral del estado para saber existe alg\u00fan antecedente que deslinde de las obligaciones en materia de transparencia a los partidos que cuentan con registro nacional pero que perdieron el estatal al no haber obtenido, por lo menos, el tres por ciento de la votaci\u00f3n v\u00e1lida emitida en las elecciones para diputaciones locales, como ocurri\u00f3 con los Partidos de la Revoluci\u00f3n Democr\u00e1tica (PRD) y del Trabajo (PT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su an\u00e1lisis, el IEEG consider\u00f3 que \u201cel constituyente permanente federal y local, no hicieron distinci\u00f3n, y por lo tanto, no regularon el supuesto normativo relacionado con la excepci\u00f3n de dejar exentos a institutos pol\u00edticos que no reciban financiamiento p\u00fablico local, como es el caso del Partido del Trabajo y el Partido de la Revoluci\u00f3n Democr\u00e1tica, del cumplimiento de las obligaciones se\u00f1aladas en materia de transparencia y acceso a la informaci\u00f3n, respecto a capturar en su p\u00e1gina electr\u00f3nica la informaci\u00f3n clasificada como p\u00fablica, dado que los institutos pol\u00edticos referidos al tener vigente su registro como partido pol\u00edtico nacional, reciben recursos p\u00fablicos en el \u00e1mbito federal\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En consecuencia, concluy\u00f3 el IEEG no est\u00e1n excentos del cumplimiento de las obligaciones de transparencia establecidas en el t\u00edtulo quinto, art\u00edculos del 41 al 44, de la Ley de Instituciones y Procedimientos Electorales para el Estado de Guanajuato (LIPEEG).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Alicia Arias\/Guanajuato, Gto.- Aunque perdieron el registro estatal como partidos pol\u00edticos, el PRD y el PT est\u00e1n obligados a proporcionar informaci\u00f3n porque conservan su registro nacional y reciben recursos p\u00fablicos.
