{"id":103564,"date":"2022-09-11T13:08:00","date_gmt":"2022-09-11T19:08:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/?p=103564"},"modified":"2022-09-11T17:12:56","modified_gmt":"2022-09-11T23:12:56","slug":"evitar-consumo-excesivo-de-grasas-recomienda-salud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuali.com.mx\/web\/2022\/09\/11\/evitar-consumo-excesivo-de-grasas-recomienda-salud\/","title":{"rendered":"EVITAR CONSUMO EXCESIVO DE GRASAS, RECOMIENDA SALUD"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Kuali\/Guanjauto, Gto.-<\/em><\/strong>Para estas fiestas patrias, el Sistema de Salud de Guanajuato recomend\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n evitar el consumo excesivo de grasas como frituras, empanizados, capeados, crema, mayonesa, mantequilla, tostadas fritas, la carne con grasa visible, as\u00ed como el chicharr\u00f3n, el chorizo y el tocino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0Estas fechas invitan particularmente a la ingesta excesiva de comida, por ello, el titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud, Daniel D\u00edaz Mart\u00ednez, emiti\u00f3 una serie de recomendaciones para disfrutar estas fiestas patrias sin excesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es mejor preferir alimentos horneados o asados, sustituyendo la crema y mayonesa por Yogurt natural sin az\u00facar y elegir tostadas horneadas, carnes magras con bajo contenido en grasas como pollo y cerdo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de cuidar el tama\u00f1o de las porciones de los alimentos, se aconseja utilizar platos peque\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se aconseja adem\u00e1s comer ligero antes de la comida o cena como frutas o verduras (tunas, granadas, sand\u00eda, j\u00edcama, zanahoria, pepino, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se puede optar por dulces como las alegr\u00edas, obleas o dulces de frutos naturales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las bebidas es preferible el agua natural o de fruta.
